I booked this hotel after seeing it recommended so many times online, but I was shocked by how poor the facilities were. I wouldn’t even call it a hotel—it felt more like a cheap guesthouse. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The room was extremely dirty, and the shower area was disgusting, with limescale all over the floor. Strangely, the washbasin was right next to the bed, and there was hardly any storage space.

The staff is ultra friendly, the room is big and comfy, the location is perfect (closed enough to walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops while being in a quiet street)
The hotel is closed to the airport meaning that you hear the planes, it's unavoidable, but not a big issue as such if you sleep with hear plug

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible.
The location was great and very central. The best part was the staff and how friendly they were, also the rooms were extremely clean and I had a very comfortable stay.
Increase variety of breakfast options to accommodate different dietary requirements, for example I don’t eat pork
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. I also appreciated the hotel's peaceful location, which provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The triple room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room for our stay.

Service by the staff were more than exceptional. There were a lot of them and they're all young, energetic and sociable, always attentive to the movement of guests in and out and never hesitate to say Hello or engage in a conversation.
Room is very comfortable, spacious and clean.
Location is great - just a little outside of the busy areas, yet walkable distance. There are numerous amenities nearby and also restaurants.
I requested for early check in and I arrived at 10am. After doing the check in, the staff invited to have breakfast, which normally is only for the following morning. This is the first time I was offered breakfast on the day of check in.
