Location was a few steps from Downtown

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had anywhere we’ve stayed. The location was perfect with beautiful views outside every window in the rooms and breakfast area. The room was clean and modern. The attention to detail was appreciated throughout even down to the soap and lotion products that are good for your skin.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was beautiful, the staff was very kind and helpful, and breakfast each morning was incredible with many different options and choices. The view from our balcony was stunning, and the deck chairs were so comfortable that we relaxed in them for hours each evening. All the lifts in the area are within walking distance, and we enjoyed being able to hike multiple different mountain trails without having to drive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable and convenient to the cable car stations, restaurants and shops. Great breakfast with lots of options.

We stayed for three nights and it was exceptional. The room was spacious and well laid out. The view from the balcony was delightful.
Breakfast was a highlight with a huge variety of fresh products. The staff were fabulous, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The whole experience was special.

EVERYTHING! I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Prapalmer! The accommodations were lovely & comfortable. The view from our back deck was stunning and private. The staff was incredible generous and hospitable. Alexander had wonderful recommendations for hikes. Natalia was the best hostess. She helped us with dinner recommendations and was sweet to talk with. THE BREAKFAST! It was incredible! Everything was fresh, made to order eggs, fresh yogurt, locally handmade tea…the croissants. Sandy was especially kind and helpful at breakfast. Alexander and Caroline have created a very special place that we will always remember. We truly felt like we were staying with family. Thank you for a beautiful stay in Ortesei. We are so grateful! Also, the location was perfect, close to the center of town that you can walk everywhere & grab the bus too.

As soon as we arrived we were made very welcome by Nataliya and throughout our stay she was very helpful. In addition Sandy was full of information and happy to assist in our daily walking plan. Everything else was perfect- breakfast, location and the view of the green sloping mountain from our balcony. It is in a quiet area in what can be a busy town. Thank you for your hospitality we really appreciated it.
