Personnel très sympa très propre rien à dire nickel
The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is absolutely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined because of the way we were treated by the management and staff.
We had a conflict with members of the staff, during which we were publicly insulted and humiliated in front of other guests. It was especially upsetting because it happened on my wife’s birthday. She ended up crying, and what should have been a special day was completely ruined.
After the incident, the manager came to us and tried to resolve the situation. He apologized and even came with a bottle of champagne. However, an apology after publicly humiliating guests does not simply erase what happened.
The manager also promised us that, for the rest of our stay, sunbeds upstairs would be reserved for us every day so that we would not have to deal with any further problems.
However, just three days later, when we came as agreed and tried to use the reserved sunbeds, we were told that the sunbeds were not available.
This is a perfect example of the complete lack of communication, professionalism and competence in the management of this property.
What made the situation even more disappointing was what happened after we posted our experience on Google. Instead of taking responsibility or simply acknowledging what happened, the hotel responded publicly by trying to justify itself and presenting a completely different version of events.
From our perspective, this was extremely disappointing. It felt like the hotel was more interested in defending its reputation online than honestly addressing the way its guests had been treated.
And there is one simple question worth asking: if everything really happened the way the hotel now claims, then why did the manager come to us afterwards with a bottle of champagne to apologize and try to resolve the situation?
I think every potential guest should consider that contradiction for themselves.
Wonderful view and shower, poolclub area was very nice aswell.
La chambre était belle et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner était excellent et varié, le personnel très agréable. Nous avons adoré le bar dans la piscine avec vue sur mer (vue également sur quelques bâtiments moins beaux mais la mer et le soleil nous les font oublier). L'endroit est calme mais proche de Paceville et la Valette. Je recommande !

breakfast was insanely limited you couldn’t order more than one thing. also the room was very dark even after asking for lamps i got tiny ones that are meant to be for a dinner table and was told to use that. ofcourse it wasn’t enough. i also had to pay an additional 100 euros they said would send me back but i literally never received it back

Amazing staff especially Ganesh. Also very good breakfasts. Location was also cool with a couple restaurant options within 100m and a great beach less crowded and nice beach bar. Transport to cities and rest of the island was not a problem as there was plenty of bus and taxi options
El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones están muy cuidadas, amplias y con productos de calidad. La ubicación es buena, ya que tiene una parada de bus justo delante. El personal es amable, atento y agradable. El hotel dispone de restaurante, donde nos trataron genial todos sus trabajadores, en especial Paula, que nos hizo sentir como en casa. También dispone de una heladería rica y un rooftop con piscina y comida asiática (sushi…). El desayuno es de buena calidad y la atención del personal insisto, la mejor. 100% recomendable

Заселення до номера було 13:30, ми приїхали до готелю о 10 ранку (прилетіли на Мальту із Хорватії в 8:00 ). На криші готеля є басейн, шезлонги, бар і зона для відпочинку, ми хотіли з чоловіком відпочити після дороги, але нам відмовили працівники бару. Вони запитали який у нас номер, ми відповіли, що ще чекаємо на заселення і хотіли б трохи відпочити, на що нам сказали: ви не можете користуватися басейном і цією зоною! Хочу підкреслити що ми коли бронювали готель, відразу його сплатили! Гостинність жахлива. В басейні вода не прозора.
Сніданки не смачні, дуже скромні, немає фруктів, овочів, немає нічого крім соків і води на спільному столі. Немає шведського стола, а тільки меню де ставлять ліміт для замовлення. В готелі і в ліфті дуже спекотно. Підлога в номері брудна, стопи чорні від бруду. Зону roof top було найнято на приватну вечірку,і нам гостям цього готелю було шумно і не комфортно спати, після чого серед ночі дуже голосно ввімкнулась хибна пожежна тривога і лунала приблизно 15 хвилин. Персонал не приніс свої вибачення.
