Άνεση, ομορφιά, καθαριότητα, αρχοντιά.
Pros:

Καλοχτισμένο, εξωτερικά ωραία αισθητική, πολυτελές, καλόγουστα υλικά, ωραίο βάψιμο, καθαριότητα, άνετο δωμάτιο, εξαιρετικό ντους, μαλακό στρώμα, καθαροί καναπέδες, Μπαλκόνι. Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Χώρος για πρωινό μέσα ή έξω πολύ όμορφος. Υπερσύγχρονα συστήματα εισόδου σε κύρια είσοδο και δωμάτιο. Σε 50 μέτρα παραλία. Με τα πόδια φτάνεις ως το κέντρο άνετα, αφήνεις το αυτοκίνητο στο πάρκιν του ξενοδοχείου. Μπράβο! Καλές δουλειές.

Excellent choice
Pros:

Deluxe studio is fabulous. It is basically a fully equipped flat with an amazing brand new kitchen, bathroom, big living room with flat TV and dining table with chairs and separate bedroom with a double very comfortable bed and a tv. There is also a beautiful patio that you can sit and enjoy your coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, kettle, and pots, you can cook anything you like. It's the cleanest place I have ever been to, and there is a cleaning service every day. I could honestly stay for a whole month if I could! It's perfect for families or a couple who wish to have all amenities available. The breakfast was very rich, full of great with pastries, eggs, bacon, sweet treats, and many more and can satisfy everyone. Staff is extremely helpful and smiley, and I can't thank them enough for the excellent stay we have had. Plenty of parking available right outside the hotel, restaurants, beach, cafes right next to it, supermarket is 5min walk away. Specifically for the beach, you can bring your own chairs, etc, and just enjoy or choose umbrellas and chairs of one of the beach bars. Very clean water and pebbly beach. We paid only for our coffees at the beach bar and got the chairs for free at the end of May. I would recommend 100%

Exceptional staff. Low key location 1 block to promenade and restaurants. Well maintained.
Pros:

At first the location seemed a little out-of-the-way (more residential); but once we left the hotel and walked 1 block to the promenade along the sea, we appreciated the less-trafficed location...and parking! Restaurants were very close. The hotel is well run and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The service the staff provided was above our expectations. Wonderful breakfast (gluten free for me :).

Très bien pour l’emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement, la proximité avec le site à visiter. Petit déjeuner très correct. Parking gratuit mais dans la rue.

Cons:

Le bruit dans la rue qui est très passante. L’étroitesse de la SDB.

Very difficult to to get a good night sleep...
Pros:

This is a brand new hotel, and everything was very modern, very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good, and staff very nice. It's a bit distant to the the harbor/downtown, about 10 min of pleasant walk which we didn't mind.

Cons:

The room is of normal size, with one door to the outside, and another door to the bathroom on each side of the bed. Above the door leading outside is a brightly lit exit sign, and above the bathroom door for is a flashing light . Some guest before us tried unsuccessfully to cover the flashing light with a bandaid over some toilet tissue. See photos. I cannot understand why these lit signs are necessary -- the room stays brightly illuminated all night, making it EXTREMELY difficult to get a good night sleep. Perhaps some new idiotic EU-mandated building code requirements?
