The property is in a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and lush greenery. However, one disappointing aspect was the food service. We were informed by the manager that food and refreshments could not be served to the villa, so we had to walk up to the restaurant every time we wanted to eat or have a drink. What made this more confusing was that we noticed food being delivered to some other villas during our stay. We were not given any explanation for the different treatment, which left us disappointed. Consistent service for all guests would greatly improve the overall experience.
De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch! De aankomst is een warm onthaal met een heel ritueel. Hebben de Villa met prvat pool geboekt. Je bent en voelt je in de jungle. De geluiden en de rust zijn onbeschrijfelijk. En het eten was heerlijk! Echt een aanrader.

It is so enriched with nature. There are lot of greenery, waterfalls and wildlife. Lovely place to wind down and relax

Un accueil super qui nous met tout de suite dans une atmosphère particulière. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse, toujours aux petits soins. Le cadre est magnifique, c'est parfait pour déconnecter quelques jours. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, la nourriture est bonne.

L'emplacement est assez isolé,, il est difficile de se déplacer quand on n'a pas de voiture. On aurait aussi apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre.
Unser Aufenthalt hier war sehr schön! Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich toll um uns gekümmert. Wir haben viele Aktivitäten unternommen und unser Guide war sehr freundlich.
Die Villa war sehr komfortabel und auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir haben ein paar Überraschungen genießen dürfen, für die wir sehr dankbar sind.
Die Massage war leider nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack.

The whole concept of nesting the villas and rooms in this natural environment. Not only the property is beautifully constructed but it is also well maintained. In addition the property has a beautiful love story from the colonial times!
Nothing I can complain about this property
I stayed one night with my mother, and the experience was truly incredible, the place has such a unique historical charm that made our stay even more special.
The warm welcome from Mr. Nuwan was unforgettable, and I have to mention the two wonderful waitresses, Ms. Rashmika and Ms. Kasuni, who made sure everything was perfect for us.
Even though it was just me and my mom, we never felt alone we felt completely at home. I will definitely be coming back next time with my friends 🤍
Stunning property, beautiful 2 bed villa with an amazing view. Location was good for Aberdeen waterfall, white water rafting and Adams peak.
Staff were friendly.
Food was delicious.
Lots of activities to do from the property.

Upon arrival we had a Lovely arrival ceremony. Tea and a blessed bracelet.
If booking a taxi be very specific with the time you want as they booked it later than asked because they wanted us to relax. But they did book for us.
No mention online of property being alcohol free. They said it was a Buddhist property when we got there but there’s is no mention of this so they did expect us to adhere to these rules e.g when doing Adam’s peak no eating meat before. Would have been good to know before booking. They also don’t serve beef of pork. However, there are these options in the menu so it’s out of date. They wanted us to pick our meals at the meal before everytime which was a bit annoying because we didn’t know what we wanted.
Didn’t have a lot of what was on the menu- only fruit juice or water, my mum is gluten free and they wouldn’t let her have hoppers for breakfast when it’s on the dinner menu.
No female masseuse and not told before getting one.
Bei der Begrüßung hat uns Nuwan mit einer Sinnesreise empfangen, was den Empfang sehr herzlich und besonders gemacht hat. Der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Lage des Hotels, mitten im Wald war super entspannend. Unser Ausflug zum Laxapane Waterfall war ein Traum und der Fahrer Hashan war super nett und hat mir sogar einen Blumenstrauß selbst gemacht.
Es war alles super, keine Verbesserungsvorschläge, nur dass sie mehr Werbung machen sollten für die schöne Lage.
We had a wonderful experience at Arsulana Eco Lodge. The food was amazing, and the staff made our visit very special. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday, and they arranged a beautiful candlelight dinner along with lovely birthday decorations, which was a great surprise.❤️
Our most favorite thing about this place is the location. It is surrounded by peaceful nature, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The calm atmosphere and the delicious food made our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, especially for couples who want to spend some quality time together. 😊
Everything was perfect, but the floor of the villa is very slippery. It would be better if suitable slippers were provided in the villas for guests’ comfort.
