Otimo atendimento e infra estrutura1

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto proximo do elevador, barulho constante dos cabos de aço/ maquina elevador + o hospede do quarto acima, possui crianças que batiam no chão, com sapatos, cadeiras... ainda bem que foi até um determinado horario.....

Barulho do elevador o tempo todo. Não reposição de item de higiene básico (sabonete), mesmo após solicitado, mas só!

Do barulho que o elevador de serviço fazia no quarto que ficamos, dentro do horário comercial, parava após as 16h00. Não chegou a incomodar tanto, pq era o horário que costumávamos estar fora.

Cons:

A cobrança de apresentação do cartão que foi efetuado o pagamento da hospedagem, sendo totalmente constrangedor. Fiquei aguardando com todos me olhando na recepção cheia de bolsas a liberação, como se eu tivesse cometido algum delito. Muito vexatório
