Quase tudo dentro de um ótimo padrão.

Cons:

Ar condicionado pré estabelecido em uma única temperatura . Com estava frio, não conseguimos colocar no modo para "esquentar" o quarto.

O atendimento na recepção é excelente e o café da manhã é nota 1000.

Cons:

O quarto possui apenas uma lixeira, deveriam disponibilizar uma outra embaixo da mesa de computador, fundo de garantir a melhor separação do lixo.

A localização é boa.
Café da manhã é razoável, apesar de não ter nenhuma variação.
Os funcionários são educados.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos (a funcionária sempre esquecia alguma coisa (toalha, pano do chão do banheiro).
A cama que colocaram para meu filho dormir, era de mola, barulhenta, e toda manchada (aparência de suja).
Banheiro sem circulação de ar.
A acústica do hotel é péssima, ficamos no 5º andar e ouvíamos todo o barulho da rua.
