I liked this hotel and bungalow so much, chill and relax place. Have nice swimming pool, and rooms are clean, new and main thing stuff are so friendly and nice 😊

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely room, nice and clean. Good swimming pool and pool table. Nice breakfast variety with fruits and cooked breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Free bicycle to use which was great as only a 10 minute cycle to main tam coc.

Overall a great stay and excellent value for money. Would recommend.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo

Mi hanno accompagnato in camera e spiegato completamente ogni tipo di servizio che avevano al loro interno

Addirittura lo staff ha anche un servizio di cucina, in modo che qualora fossi stanco e non avessi voglia di camminare, puoi mangiare direttamente lì

Colazione eccezionale e trattamento molto riservato

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Avrei pagato anche di più per il servizio che ho ricevuto complimenti

Little gem
Pros:

Everything.Lovely clean bungalows.Pool was lovely and refreshing especially after a long tour.The saff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem.Location was grwat and close to Ninh Binh.I thank the manager Tut and his beautiful staff especially Tony.I would highly reccomend this little gem and value for money.Thanks from Karen and Rob.

Great stay!
Pros:

I stayed in a lovely private room with a large bed, nice bathroom and an overall clean place. The property had a nice pool, the thing standing out the most was the service though. I could’ve easily stayed longer and would definitely recommend :)

Pros:

The overall stay at the property was amazing until the last day where we left our snorkel masks on our porch went missing , confused as to where they went we searched for the day , to only be told by the staff they were seen on another bench then were in another room with some children perhaps. So in conclusion everything was great until our snorkels were stolen and the staff had no urgency or regards whatsoever to helping resolve the situation. (DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF UNATTENDED IT WILL VANISH)

Cons:

the staffs professionalism, we rented a bike also for 1 day and then 4 hours the next, made us pay for 2 full days which they don’t tell you till you pay at the end that even if you take it out for a few hours one evening that’s still fee able for the whole day somehow?? never coming back
