Netter Aufenthalt mit toller Lounge und vorallem sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat im Erdgeschoss eine wunderschöne Lounge. Man kann 24h Kaffee&KägiFret essen. Für Kinder hat es ein tolles Spielzimmer und im Untergeschoss kann man Billard, Tischtennis und Töggelikasten spielen. Das Kino ist ebenfalls ein Hingucker.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man geht auf Extrawünsche ein und setzt die gerne

Cons:

Unser Appartement hat in einem Schlafzimmer durchgelegene Matratzen gehabt. Ebenfalls in einem Doppelzimmer, welches von anderen Familienmitgliedern besetzt war, hatte eine durchgelegene, oder viel zu weiche Matratze.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

The location is very convenient and scenic. The receptionist was also very friendly and our late check-in was accommodated without any issues.

Cons:

The hotel is older than I expected. The inteior design is very clean but outdated, and not in traditional style type of way. The hallway was dimly lit and our room felt aged and used. Good for a single night stop over but nothing more for us. Perhaps if the room was slightly cheaper my opinion would differ as my expectation would have been lower.

Colazione con prodotti non di qualità sembrava cibo da discount e per il prezzo pagato non va bene. Pochissima varietà di cose dolci.
Troppo caro ma essendo in Svizzera purtroppo paghi il doppio di qualsiasi altro hotel da un altra parte.

My stay was nice, cosy and very comfortable!
Cons:

I couldn't connect my laptop to the power sockets because none of them supported the German plug standard. There isn't a power socket near the sofa, so I can't sit comfortably and work on my laptop while watching TV.
Tip: A German supporting power adapter could be provided in each room, or on request, centrally.

Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Es hat ein kleines Kino, eine extrem gemütliche Lounge, einen schönen Außenbereich, Kinderspielmöglichkeiten für Drinnen und Draußen, Billiard und Tischtennis. Man kann sich jederzeit kostenlos Kaffee und Tee machen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit Sitzecke und Balkon.

Cons:

Ein weiteres Kissen hätte den Schlagcomfort sehr erhöht. Das Bett hätte generell gemütlicher sein können.

Sehr freundliches, flexibels Personal.
Wir bekamen sogar vor Restaurantöffnung unser Bierchen. Alles lief unkompliziert. Sehr schön empfanden wir, dass man sich mit Kaffee bedienen durfte u der inklusive war.

Cons:

Leider war mein Bett etwas durchgelegen und für meinen Rücken nicht Akzeptabel, aber ich konnte in das dritte Bett ausweichen von der Sitzgruppe,somit war alles okay.

Frühstück ganz gut, alles dabei, was man gerne hat. Gerne wieder.

Nett renoviertes Hotel, mit einfach ausgestatten Zimmern, äußerst sauber. Es fehlt an nichst. Die Empfangsdame hat sich die Mühe gemacht uns vor Ankunft anzurufen, um uns zu informieren, wo der Schlüssel für unser Zimmer hinterlegt wird. Das war SEHR aufmerksam! Frühstück ganz gut, alles dabei, was man gerne hat. Gerne wieder.
