The hotel was absolutely disgusting and quite frankly dangerous. The fire alarm was covered up which is against all H&S regulations. The bedding and towels were filthy and the bedding had what looked like cigarette holes in them. The soil pipe on the toilet was broken, the shower was broken, the curtains were broken. The wardrobe covered the door which prevented it from being a proper fire escape. The floor was covered in what looked like blood or sick.

It was dirty as we couldn’t use the shower as it was dirty has to buy some bedding as it had holes in it smelt awful
Lokalizacja idealna na paradę mistrzowską Arsenalu. 10 minut z buta na trasę parady i to w miejsce gdzie było zbyt tłoczno.
Brak kontaktu z obiektem w sprawie zameldowania. Dopiero jakieś 45 minut przed oficjalnym czasem check-inu dostałem info że o 14 dostanę kod do wejścia. I nie byłoby problemu, gdyby od razu powiedzieli, że mam czekać do 14 albo chociaż raz odebrali telefon. A tak najadłem się stresu, że mnie wystawili do wiatru i będę musiał spać na ulicy.
Poza tym dzień przed wymeldowaniem o 22 kod już nie działał i musiałem dzwonić żeby sprawdzić o co chodzi. Na szczęście tym razem ktoś odebrał i zmienił kod z powrotem.
Ciśnienie pod prysznicem tak słabe, że ciężko było się spłukać.
Communication between the owner and myself was fantastic. The room was very nice and facilities were nice, great place to visit and I'll definitely be going back, a big thank you to the owner.
The only thing I can think of is the towels could be better. Apart from that nice place in a great location.
Location for Emirates stadium was great.
Room decor was ok and presentable. Fans provided which was appreciated in the heat.
Bedding was dirty (see pic!!) towels looked an off white and didn't smell great either. Cleanliness is a given when operating a business like this, just not good at all. 100% would not stay here again.

Location great, only 10 mins max walk to finsbury park overground and underground stations. Good communication with host, and great value for money given this is central London
Room very warm but nice big windows so you can air easily
Quiet location but close enough to local amenities. Hans was very welcoming and very helpful
