Excellent location in Amed. Right on turtle point, rented snorkel gear from the hotel and saw turtles right outside.

Upgrade to an ocean room view was very much appreciated (Puri Agung View 1 or 2 are the best rooms overlooking the ocean).

A lot of stairs, especially to the pools and bar. Property is split across both sides of the road.
Pool bar wasn’t open most days.

Only hot water one of three days and little shower pressure.
Limited sizes for snorkel gear.

La gentillesse du personnel (notamment Suni et Riska), le côté balinais simple et sans chichis, les vouchers (1 équipement snorkling gratuit pour une journée et - 10% sur un des repas), le buffet du petit déjeuner, l'emplacement face à la mer.
Clairement, ce n'est pas le plus bel hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné (au niveau propreté, ce n'est pas nickel, mais ça fait le job : les draps et le linge de toilette sont propres, contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire) mais il en ressort une impression de bien être et de tranquillité.
Il ne faut pas aller dans cet hôtel pour le grand luxe, mais pour l'expérience sympa. Les chambres sont très très spacieuses, beaucoup de lumière du jour, grandes terrasses (j'avais vue sur la mer), grande salle de bain également.
Je comprends que certains puissent mettre des notes moyennes, mais si on y va en sachant à quoi s'attendre, c'est vraiment un hôtel sympa avec deux très belles piscines.
Le restaurant est sympa, mais j'ai été très déçue du homard. Mieux vaut rester sur les crevettes qui étaient excellentes.
La masseuse que j'ai eue est loin d'être la meilleure de mon expérience balinaise, mais je pense que je ne suis pas tombée sur la bonne.
Le concert sur le rooftop qui s'est terminé à 23 h : nous n'étions pas prévenus. Il y a un concert une fois par semaine. Apparemment, c'était le lundi.

Une de nos chambres avait une fenêtre qui donnait chez les voisins (directement dans leur maison, par un mur mitoyen)
Même pas de miroir dans la salle de bain, étrange pour un hôtel
Le personnel a essayé de nous aider mais ils savent visiblement que leur hôtel est délabré car ils proposent de changer dès votre arrivée.... On a ainsi changé 2 fois de chambre en 2 nuits

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Breakfast Buffet with Indonesian and western breakfast options.
The beds are so awful. So hard that we were waking up at night with back pain.
The rooms are old. The sink was so low and they had the mirror board on top that you had to brush your teeth under the shower since you had to fit your head in between sink and mirror board.
Очень приветливый персонал, попросили показать комнаты для выбора (есть комнаты по обестороны дорогы, у моря с одной стороны, с другой стороны дороги с басейном). Очень вкусные завтраки- шведский стол, классная локация для снорклинга, рыбки чуть ли не по берегу ходят).
Очень слабая шумоизоляция комнаты, но даже
я смог засыпать, хотя я очень чувствителен к шуму. Еще вернемся сюда.

Debo decir que el pueblo de Amed hay pobreza y es sucio. La playas son sucias. Sin embargo este hotel era el único que tenía sus playas impecables, con bellas reposeras. El hotel es muy típico, bellamente adornado con estatuas y flores, limpio y muy bien ubicado. El restaurante está sobre la playa y la comida que probé allí fue la más deliciosa de todo el viaje. El desayuno es muy muy abundante y riquísimo. Y su atención es cálida y resolutiva. Muy serviciales!!! Con solo preguntar me reservaron mi ticket de barco y arreglaron mi transporte hacia el puerto muy fácilmente.
El hotel tiene dos piscinas frescas e impecables, rodeadas de flores y una terraza donde tomar un trago viendo el mar
Se puede hacer snorkel desde la misma playa del hotel, viendo peces y estrellas de mar, y también tiene las vistas hacia el atardecer sobre el monte Agun.
La verdad que es un bello lugar para quedarse en Amed
