Definitely recommend for cleanliness, comfort and location. Price offers great value.
Pros:

Located in an easy to find and convenient location. Plenty of parking. The room was recently renovated and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very comfortable nights sleep. Great shower and lots of luxury goodies to use.

Cons:

Coasters for bedside units would be a good idea, as would a little ironing board to go with the iron.

A really nice stay in a very well appointed pub, with rooms of a good hotel standard.
Pros:

The location, level of comfort and menus were all very good. Good choice of ales at the bar. Rooms are excellent, spacious and nicely done.

Cons:

I thought the breakfasts, while adequate, could have been better for the price.

Great accommodation, food and staff; I would definitely book a return visit.
Pros:

We were given the top floor which had 2 rooms, allowing you to relax in a separate room to the bedroom.

Cons:

If I was going to be really picky, there could have been a sofa in the sitting room.

In generale siamo stati molto bene. Il personale è stato veramente gentile, la stanza era grande, molto pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo cenato lì ed era tutto ottimo, in particolare io ho preso il roast beef della domenica ed era davvero buono; devo dire ottima anche la birra, così come la colazione del giorno dopo. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti alla struttura.
Atmosfera molto carina da tipico pub inglese (di livello).

Cons:

La posizione non è male, però non è in città, nel senso che si trova proprio in un altro centro abitato. Lo segnalo perché io onestamente non mi ero accorta. Ad ogni modo la distanza in auto da Stratford-upon-Avon è di circa 10 minuti.
Purtroppo la stanza si affacciava sulla strada e non era possibile dormire con la finestra aperta (c'era comunque il ventilatore).

Really enjoyed the stay and the facilities and the food.
Pros:

The facilities were modern and kept up very well so it has exceeded my expectation in that regard. The breakfast is really nice as well. It's just outside Stratford, which is quite nice.

Cons:

Our room was really nice. The only slight downside is it was on the grand floor and it was right next to the garden. Since the hotel is also a pub it was very easy for us to hear people in the garden while they smoke and have drinks on a weekend. Although it shuts at 11 so it's quiet after that. If you're an early sleeper you might find issue with this particular room but the other rooms upstairs, I'm sure it was fine.
