Spacious room. Easy to reach.

Cons:

Hostel style room. No bathroom inside the room. Not suitable for a family with small kids. Only suitable for backpackers single guests.

Pros:

The location was perfect. The shopping mall is connected, there are shop lots walking distance around the area.

Cons:

There is no motorcycle parking available in or outside the place, if you're staying there, you need to park your motorcycle far from the place. And some how there are mosquitoes in the room, strange..

Pros:

Location is good. The fitness area is just ok as the equipment is basic stuff.

Cons:

The bed is uncomfortable as it is too soft, which affects the sleeping posture. The bathroom is outside, and there is no lock. There's a window in the door, which we had difficulty sleeping with (the light from outside goes through),

Staff helpful and friendly. Location just above shopping mall and eatery, supeeconvenient.

Cons:

Swimming pool too crowded. Too many people swim, feel like the water might not be so clean. Dare not swim anymore after 1st day

Too place to hang cloth or towel inside our room. Should provide few hook for cloth hanging and towel

had to find another hotel because could not check in

went there to the 8th floor last night around 9.30pm no one was there not even the reception, i couldn't check in i tried to email and call them but no answer, if they were to leave the key for me to check in they should have done it when i made the booking ended up i have to find another hotel and stay at different hotel. i just hope they can refund me or else it is like a scam
