Pros:

big hotel, loads of amenities, great location, quick service and helpful staff. solid breakfast

Cons:

We had booked 2 suites with 2 bedrooms each. One came with 2 bathrooms but the other one only came with one toilet and a separate shower, so only one bathroom really which is not enough for 4 people…may be don’t sell this room for the same amount you do other suites that have 2 bathrooms as advertised.

Some of us had massages and they were great but I did the pre-natal one and it really wasn’t worth it, you might wish to look into improving it and offering different options for the massage.

Nice hotel, location and pools with mountain view
Pros:

Great playroom with an evening kids club. Nice swimming pools for everyone: babies, kids, adults, water slides. Mountain view from the pools. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

A mountain vew room on the 2nd floor in doesn't have it, because of the trees.
The food at the hotel isn't bad, but in my opinion, it doesn't measure up to a five-star standard.
