Location great, breakfast lovely, reception staff on arrival and checkout very helpful
Red Marks on carpet in bedroom, dust in the bathroom, some of the staff we encountered seemed quite grumpy and and unhelpful
Beautiful breakfast
Evening meal was poor. Staff forgot to bring order by the time they did it was cold. My Steak was poor quality.

Fantastic location with lovely sea view, very well maintained hotel with a smooth check-in / out process. Parking and EV charging utilised and efficient. We had a family room that was set up perfectly for travelling with a 4 year old.
One minor thing I would suggest to improve is the in room hair dryers, old fashioned and not effective. Apart from that, pretty faultless property.
Best Air con of anywhere have stayed. Breakfast room and food excellent. Staff all friendly and helpfull. Location between sea front and town very convenient. Beautiful bathroom.
4 stars and no fridge in room. 83 rooms and 6 parking spaces! Filter on Booking.com for Parking was pointless, and would probably have picked another hotel if had realised,

The hotel is lovely, right on the sea front. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Dinner was lovely too, large portions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Location right on the seafront. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Plenty of things to do or go with travel running frequently. Some views were stunning!
The view from our room overlooked the car park & other buildings at the rear of the hotel. Wasn't great although it didn't spoil our holiday.
Everything was great. Room was lovely. There is a lift so even on the top floor access was good. Nice toiletries. Very comfy bed and bedding.
Air con worked well in room. Even though it was a room on the side there was a view of the Great Orme.
Breakfast was excellent with good selection of fruit as well as beautifully cooked breakfast.
Staff on reception and in dining room were friendly and helpful.
Limited parking and the resort is very busy so it can be difficult to find alternative parking if arriving in the middle of the day - but that applies to all hotels in Llandudno. Only saying this so people are aware - not a criticism.
Location.
One small elevator and many guests so lots of time waiting to get to floor. Stairs had old carpet that was torn in places. When walking through corridor in morning kept being asked by tradies if I was finished with my room 😅. I could barely fit in the shower (6ft1, 100kg).
Everything lovley hotel and helpful would definitely recommend it anyone 👌
