Pros:

From the minute we arrived the staff were so welcoming and always happy to share local knowledge and recommendations. Perfect location in the Old Quarter, we walked easily to all of the attractions in the area. Triple room was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable and so quiet even being for such a central location. Spotlessly clean 😊. Nice simple breakfast with options for everyone. Freshly made to order omlettes and pancakes.
💯 would stay again 😊

Pros:

Hotel céntrico, personal atento, la habitación amplia, desayuno abundante, importante, no se oía el ruido de la calle y el jacuzzi en la última planta espectacular. Miramos muchos hoteles en Hanoi y fuimos sin saber que nos íbamos a encontrar después de ver muchas reseñas negativas sobre los hoteles. Este hotel fue un acierto.

Quand on sort de la chambre la clim s'éteint et il fait trop chaud, heureusement que ça marche super mais on préfère que ce soit frais constamment

Pros:

Hôtel central. Qualité / prix très correct.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il ne dispose pas d’une petite piscine mais le jacuzzi permet quand même de se rafraîchir le soir.

Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado.cerca de old town (centro ciudad). Buenas instalaciones, el desayuno en la última planta era bueno, tenía bacon y te hacen huevos fritos, tortillas y pancakes al momento.Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Te cambian las toallas todos los días. El personal muy atento y amable. Sin duda repetiria.

Lo único que le vi de malo( que le falta) es una piscina
