Pros:

Perfectly located and friendly staff
Pros:

Perfectly located, adorable staff who gives plenty of advice, nice breakfast, jacuzzi on top (but you need to inform in advance for the staff to switch it on).

Cons:

Very expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam. Also, we booked a suite instead of a double room and we did not see any real upgrade... not sure it's worth it.

Super rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Pareil que notre premier séjour de 3 nuits, nous revenons pour 2 nuits après les excusrsions à Ninh Binh et Baie d'Halong ! L'excellent accueil du personnel serviable, gentil et particulièrement de Julie avec qui on avait échangé par WhatsApp ! La chambre correspondant aux photos est propre, assez grande pour 2 et surtout bien insonorisée, on entendait pratiquement pas la rue du 5ème étage !! Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du salé ou du sucré selon vos goûts avec là aussi un personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Pas d'équipements tels que piscine, spa gratuit pour une détente parfaite après une journée de visite sous une chaleur humide et étouffante !

La localización, era perfecto para llegar todos los puntos necesarios. Además para pasar tiempo en el mercado nocturno. A proximidad de todo. Te proponemos actividades también. El personal fue muy amable. Encantadores en todo momento y muy educados… Muy limpio todo.

Il est en plein vieux centre de hanoi.
Attention la chambre standard elle n'avais pas de fenêtre je l'ai pas accepté alors ils m'ont donné une autre chambre.
