Pros:

It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. The staff were very kind and the hospitality was excellent. The location was great, and the cleanliness and service were fabulous. Highly recommended

Pros:

I was welcomed by a lovely host who prepared delicious meals and with whom I had a few pleasant chats. Although I already had my entire trip organised, she was always happy to help with anything I needed.

I stayed in the Tree House room, which was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

It was also my first experience staying somewhere with a semi-open bathroom, and it was a unique experience that added to the charm of the stay.

Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming we felt at home from the very first moment. The room was lovely and had everything we needed.

The location is also very convenient, close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though we recommend taking a tuk-tuk in the evening as it is about a 1km walk in the dark.

A l'écart de là où tt les touristes vont, 30' de marche jusqu'au site emblématique. Juste parfait.

Il mio angolo di Paradiso in Sri Lanka
Pros:

È stato sicuramente una delle migliori strutture in cui sia stato in Sri Lanka: la posizione è ottima, centrale ma non troppo vicina alla caotica via del villaggio di Syrigia (la struttura è anche provvista di bici, nel caso qualcuno volesse esplorare la zona pedalando); le camere e la casa sull’albero sono uniche, in un ambiente naturale e idilliaco. Ma la cosa più bella è stata sicuramente Shehansa e la sua bellissima famiglia, sempre dolci e disponibili. Senza dimenticare la buonissima colazione. Il mio angolo di paradiso preferito in Sri Lanka

It’s a great budget stay if I weren’t scared of lizards.
Pros:

The place appeared newly developed, so it looks beautiful in the day. It’s very basic, simple and run by a very kind family. If you’re after luxury, this is not it. If you’re looking for something legit, clean and good vibes in a small budget. This is a good place. P.s. you must be ok with small pests like lizards and small frogs, since this is in the middle pf a jungle area and it impossible to keep these creatures out and give a green experience at the same time.

Cons:

The pests. We had to call the host twice to help get rid of the rodents, and she responded, showed up and smiled through it all even at 4 AM in the morning. Also, you’ll need to pay in cash, so account for that.

Problème de geolocation
Pros:

Serena très gentille et serviable

Cons:

La géolocalisation sur booking n’est pas correcte. C’est à 37 min du Lion Rock. Je l’avais pris exprès pour être près du centre. Elle aurait pu mettre à disposition les vélos.
J’étais dans une villa et problème d insonorisation.

Pros:

Ik kreeg een luxe AC kamer, maar wilde liever in het treehouse. Dat werd meteen geregeld. De ventilator was afdoende in de nacht. Heerlijk verblijf bij een vriendelijke host.

Отличное расположение, прекрасная ухоженная, зелёная территория, со своим садом, новый номер, большая кровать, новый матрас. Хозяева доброжелательные, помогут организовать трансфер, подскажут где лучший массаж, как можно добраться до горы, есть велосипед в аренду. В течение дня можно приобрести чай, кофе, свежевыжатый сок, заказать еду.

Слабая шумоизоляция, могут вестись строительные работы на территории

Das Grundstück liegt idyllisch zwischen Reisfeldern etwas abseits des Zentrums. Es ist wirklich Natur pur! Bis auf die Tiergeräusche hört man nachts kaum etwas. Die Betreiberfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Außerdem verleihen sie Fahrräder, die wirklich gut in Schuss sind.

Lieu agréable, calme avec le bruit des oiseaux !
Endroit sympa si on y fait que dormir.
Petit-déjeuner local très bon !

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude, voire eau glacée.
Coupure de courant toutes les nuits malgré nos plaintes. donc très chaud et appareils électronique pas rechargés le matin.
Pleins de grenouilles dans la salle de bain.. Nous aimons la nature mais on a faillie en écraser plusieurs en pleine nuit (vu que l’on avait pas de lumière 🫣) on avait de la peine qu’elle ne soit pas dans leurs espaces naturels.
