die Lage des Hotels und das Personal war gut, die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig

Liegt sehr zentral, das Frühstück war Ok und das Personal war hilfsbereit.

Cons:

die Fotos sehen deutlich besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Die Zimmer sind schon deutlich abgenutzt. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht mehr ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt und hat auch wenig Leistung. Die Badezimmer waren auch nicht immer sehr sauber und teilweise ging auch Lichter nicht.

Disappointing.

The room was small and not air conditioned well. The bed was uncomfortable and behind the bed side table there was a gecko! A receptionist asked us to leave a positive review as we left but we were disappointed with our stay.

Vì khách sạn có phản hồi lại review của tôi nên bây giờ tôi sẽ nói rõ thêm: những phản hồi này hoàn toàn bịa đặt, tôi đã hiểu tại sao cơ sở vật chất của họ tồi tàn, dịch vụ tệ, nhân viên cư xử thờ ơ như thế, đấy là sự đồng nhất của hệ thống quản lý yếu kém, chộp giật. Tệ hơn nữa họ đã phản hồi bằng sự dối trá và vu khống khách hàng. Thực sự họ ko thể tệ hơn Cơ sở vật chật và dịch vụ không tương xứng với giá. Phòng ngủ hôi, nóng (điều hòa 21 độ chỉ mát ít), phòng cũ và không được bảo trì thường xuyên, các khu vực công cộng rất lộn xộn các đồ đạc của khách sạn. Tôi check in muộn (sau 23.30) và có gọi điện trước đó để báo cho nhân viên biết giờ đến, tuy nhiên không ai nhấc máy, nhắn tin cũng không nhân viên nào trả lời. Lúc đến check in nhân viên còn đưa tờ khai của khách khác. Nhân viên đưa khách lên phòng ko giới thiệu khách có những benefit gì trong phòng và cũng ko set up chai nước - tiêu chuẩn thông thường của khách sạn. Sau đó tôi có đọc thông tin ghi trong phòng miễn phí 1 chai nước, đây là một tiêu chuẩn rất thấp, đặt phòng tính phí cho 3 người mà chỉ miễn phí 1 chai nước. Khi gia đình tôi đi thang máy lúc xuống nhân viên cũng không đợi khách ra ngoài hết mà đã vội chen vào. Khi gia đình chúng tôi xuống ăn sáng, nhân viên cũng không tới bàn hỏi muốn được phục vụ gì, tôi quan sát thấy bàn bên cạnh có phục vụ trứng, đây là món không bày ra tại khu vực quầy ăn nên tôi đoán chắc hẳn nhân viên sẽ hỏi từng bàn về đồ ăn mong muốn của khách. Tôi đảnh giá rất thấp cơ sở vật chất lẫn dịch vụ của khách sạn như vậy.
