the best value in JB and not far to ZOO
Pros:

Nice lobby, very good price for night, closer to JB sentral {walking distance], silent place despite busy roads closer to building, I would use it again for sure

Had a pleasant stay at Kingston Hotel 7. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, especially for those visiting JB Sentral and CIQ. Overall, a great stay and good value for money. Would definitely come back again! 😊

Nice and comfortable stay at Kingston Hotel 7. The room was clean, the staff were friendly ( Pika & Akila) and the location was very convenient. Overall, a good experience and definitely worth staying here again! 😊

Pros:

Near City Square.

Cons:

The lobby smell like fecal matter in a toilet.

The shower area in the toilet has a weird protruding wall that makes the place awkward.

Aircon is rather noisy

Floor did not "feel" clean. Dusty feeling for the sole of my feel after walking around.

Nearest convenience store is quite a wall away

Pros:

Clean bed sheets and two pillows per pax.

Cons:

I don't understand why there's NO HOT WATER when I showered in the morning of 7&8August and the evening of 6&7 August. I hate the person who didn't turn on the heater!

Dur de trouver du positif.

Cons:

Pas de savon. Pas de bouteille d'eau. Évier bouché. "Chambre" infectée de moustiques. Odeur forte de renfermée et d'humidité. À ce prix-là une honte.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Staffs are friendly, rooms are cozy and clean, beds are soft and comfortable, major points for having smart tv!

Cons:

The floor tiles near the washroom was sqeaking due to moisture building up in it and the toilet seat is not screwed well in place
