Pros:

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The room was small. The room structure was super funny with pillar in the middle. The toilet was so smelly with urine smell. The floor was dirty. Definitely not gonna recommend to anyone.

Good location, but a building with such a structural problem is not inviting
Pros:

The location is good, close to JB Sentral, the Komtar mall, Chinatown, eateries of every kind, etc. The staff was friendly. The wifi was strong and stable.

Cons:

My room was very small, with a tiny window opening overlooking a small space filled with cigarette ends. The worst thing is that there is something wrong with this building. At times, especially in the morning, when guests get up, my room, the hallway, and especially the reception area, fill with the smell of drains (to put it politely). Very off-putting!

Unpleasant stay. The pillows had very bad odor.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed when entering the hotel was an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, the hotel pillows also had a bad odor, which made it difficult for me to relax and sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel will improve its cleanliness and room maintenance for future guests.

Decent stay for a 2-stars hotel.
Pros:

The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
The location was good .. but it can be quite noisy due to the surrounding construction work in the day. During the night is okay

Ok for short stay. Won't be staying again.
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff. Able to park below hotel which is great as there is construction everywhere.

Cons:

Smell of lobby was like sewerage.
Sheets were not change. Towels were smelly - good thing we brought our own.
Room floor was sticky even after cleaning.

まぁまぁいい！
Pros:

スタッフはみんなとても親切です。変換プラグなどを貸していただきました。ウォーターサーバーはエレベーターの横にあります。バスタオルは持っていくと新しいのに替えてもらえます。JBセントラル駅付近から歩くなら、Zenith Mallの2階セブンイレブン近くの出入り口からJalan Trus沿いに歩くのがいいと思います。

Cons:

壁が薄い。匂いが気になった。洗面所に濡れたタオルを掛けるところや洋服を置くところ、シャワー近くに石鹸を置くところがなく、少し不便に感じた。リクエストしていなかったけど、私の部屋は窓がなかった。正確には窓があったけど、喫煙スペースみたいなところだったから、窓もカーテンも開けなかった。
