Equipe maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom. Vista sensacional.
Staff was helpful and friendly, location was really nice! It is a bit of a way upstairs, but worth the views. Really nice breakfast also.
Overall our stay was pleasant!
The room was clean, there was an issue with the hot water but it got fixed in no time. Good view to the mountains, but you do have to climb stairs. Breakfast did not have milk alternatives, but had a good selection of teas. They also very kindly made me more eggs when I asked for extra.
Before I arrived I received a message (I assume automated) from the property asking me for my train ticket details so they can send someone to pick me up from the station. Once I arrived and I messaged them that I cannot find them they simply said i should find the church and walk up the stairs next to it. It took me a few minutes, but anyone with better navigation skills will find this an easy task. This is all good actually, just the initial message made me confused and maybe pivoted my expectations. As per for value for money, I found it quite pricey for what it is, but i guess everything in aquas callientes will be overpriced.
Very lovely staff, rooms are very nice and comfortable.
As everyone says the steps are a bit tough, not a major issue though and the hotel is worth the steps. I think the thing I found disappointing was breakfast was from 5am - 8am, probably fine for people who go prior to going Machu Picchu but we were on our return and after camping for 4 nights and very early starts - we were very much looking forward to a lie in and a late breakfast!
Bon emplacement. Chambre propre.
Beaucoup d' escaliers pour montée a l hôtel
Logement très sympa et très propre.
The breakfast was yummy-eggs made to order and great coffee to eat before MP. Staff was really nice and comfy beds. Hot water aplenty. Joe called us and made sure we were able to check in at night.
Rooms were kind of musty due to humidity and jungle moisture. Also, our family is fit but definitely stairs to climb to get up there.
Breakfast place on the top
The stairs to Hotel
The lady at the front desk was so kind and lovely! We loved being up the hill from town to get away from the noise at night.
Nothing :)
Mirian, the lady working at the front desk was such an angel 🫶. She was super kind and caring from the minute she picked us up from the train. She was super helpful and helped bring hot water and tea to me when I got a cold.
The bed was super comfortable and the jungle view was beautiful.
The room had a musty, moist smell to it and there were
