Important information:

Please note that the 7 Seven Spa is open from 9:30 am to 20:30. Please also note that access to the spa has an extra cost.

Children from 6 to 16 years old are allowed only up to 11:00. After this time, only guests over 16 years old are allowed.

Upon check -in, guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card.

Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur in additional charges .

Been here many years the improvement in the pool areas good but in large pool difficult to access no handrail into pool
Pros:

Very clean tidy and great location

Cons:

The apartment a little dated , tvs did not work in bedrooms, charging to apartment when at pool did not work , meals and drinks very expensive £27 euro for a pizza ? For lunch not value for money for a family

It was a perfect place to stay
Pros:

Excellent property . Apartments very spacious and lovely . Huge kitchen if you want to do some cooking .
This is my 3rd visit and will be returning 😊

Is easy to use you have everything at your disposal staff help and are very friendly although a distance 2.5k to marina
Pros:

You get all the facilities of the main hotel. Pools bars gym restaurants and transport to Hilton beach cleaned and towels changed everyday of our 11 night stay

Cons:

Can get busy in peak (half term for us) lack of beds at pool

Semaine de rêve.
Pros:

L’infrastructure de l’hôtel As Cascatas est parfaite pour un séjour en famille, notre appartement était très spacieux et fonctionnel. Et nous pouvions profiter de tous les avantages de l’hôtel au complet, qui est magnifique.

Nice stay with same relevant frustrations
Pros:

Breakfast and staff

Cons:

Very difficult for someone in a wheelchair or with a baby stroller to go from apartment to breakfast or indoor pool area in the hotel. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel.
