Pros:

Very close to station. Clean, basic tatami room with access to outside light and air. Futon was clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are there for viable and comfortable long stay. Host is not there, but responds very effectively by email.

都市圏で駐車場が無料なのが嬉しい。
洗濯機が無料で使える。
スタッフの対応が良い。
リフォーム済みで清潔。

Cons:

民泊側のせいではないが、非常識過ぎるイギリス人男性がいてとても怖い思いをした。
脱衣所に鍵がかけられない。イギリス人男性に入って来られそうで落ち着かなかった。
部屋の内鍵のような簡易的なものでも内側から鍵がかけられるようにした方が良い。

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and the house owner was very helpful and welcoming.

The location was amazing to take a short break after your flight. Enjoying a peaceful Japanese neighbourhood before heading into the busy city of Tokyo.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was amazing from how clean the room was and how sweet the house owner was.

Beautiful Tokyo!
Pros:

Exceptionally good for connection from airport which is normally a major headache. Quiet, spotlessly clean and easy to navigate around the area. If I went back to Tokyo,,,, I would stay here without question. Highly, highly recommend.

This is a sharehouse, I stayed for 30 days and had no issues with the place/owner. Just 1 bad guest.
Pros:

The place and owner are amazing. Very convenient. It was a great way to figure out if I would be able to handle commuting into Tokyo for work. I got to stay for 30 days and enjoyed my time here.

Cons:

They did recently have 1 drunken Englishman that caused issues for the 2 days he was there.
(Acting like he was the only person in the house, running from the bathroom to his bedroom dripping wet like he has never ever used a towel is his whole ~60 years. Banging on the door because he doesn't know how to use a key and too dumb to realize the door has 2 locks. Being naked as the day he was born in his room while leaving the door open for all to see his tiny stick and berries as they entered the house. Every one saw, he 'apologized' to all but never moved to actually put on clothes until after he had assaulted everyone in the house with that visual and we were all talking about of we should call police on him (in Japanese and Chinese which that man didn't understand a bit) they did decline his request to stay longer.)

部屋はとても綺麗でした。

Cons:

向かいの部屋が少し空いていてとても不信感となにか異臭がしてしんどかったです。
また扉が空いてることでイビキなども聞こえて不快感がすごかったです。

It’s close to the rail station and clean, but the facility can be improved.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, almost next to the station, and clean room.

Cons:

The directions were poor, particularly had to find at night. We walked around in circles and had to ask for help. Even the locals struggled with the directions in the check in message we got. There’s only 1 sink for the toilet facility for the entire house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Very small kitchen table that is not functional.

Pros:

Very tradicional Japanese style house with the pros from the future, air conditioning and automatic toilet and bathtub, very cozy.

Cons:

The only point to be careful is that is a house and you rent a room, and because is traditional tatami the walls are very thin. About security is okay the rooms have a padlock.

Great value place for solo travelers!
Pros:

I liked the location and how close it was to the Metro. Room was small, but just when I needed for one person.
Great value and would recommend!

Cons:

The location for the address on Google Maps took me to the next street over. Once I found the right building everything was great!

Pros:

It was clean, the owner was very nice, check in process was comfortable , she also gave very detailed photos and instructions to reach the place from the nearest station which is 5 mins away

Cons:

El anuncio es una mentira. Te dicen que la reserva es de un chalet de una habitación y en ningún momento deja claro si es compartido o privado.
Te mienten y solo te dan la habitación. Debes compartir el resto del chalet con más personas. Encima la llave es común para todos y las puertas no tienen cerrojo.

Pros:

Der flexible Check in verlief dank der genauen Beschreibung reibungslos. Auch so war der Vermieter schriftlich gut erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.
Gleich in der Nähe ist ein Fahrradverleih und ein Supermarkt.
