The only complaint I have this time was the room wasnt the cleanest we were left a wet tea towel not sure if it was clean or not and there was still washing left in the dryer from the cleaners, and the air conditioning wasn’t working

It was dirty under the bed and all the aircons were not working, the Wi-Fi was also terrible

I don't understand why I'm finding someone else's hair when I open the sheets. And when I ask for cleaning, I'm told it gets done once a week. And what on earth is a refresher? Just clean the place

There was a toothpick inserted in the pillow . Luckily I did not use the pillow otherwise I could have been injured . I saw it in the morning when I was rearranging the bed . Otherwise everything is Spot on 👌🏽
