Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit au Berk Guest house. Personnel très sympathique et accommodant. Accueil très chaleureux, merci.
Hotel très bien placé tout proche de plusieurs points touristiques.
Bon petit déjeuner sur une belle terrasse.
Nous avions choisi la chambre proche de la réception donc plus bruyante mais cela était très bien indiqué sur l’annonce donc aucune surprise et honnêtement la nuit a été très calme.

Ubytování v super lokaci kousek od Hagia Sofie za velmi dobrou cenu. Velmi milý hostitelé a velmi dobrá snídaně. Můžu všem doporučit.

Great location, friendly hosts, great value
Pros:

Great location close to main attractions, really friendly family running it (they even invited me to the beach one day, it was so nice), I felt very safe as a female solo traveller and the room was great value for money. Would highly recommend staying here.

Душевно и тепло!!!! Обязательно вернусь, рекомендую!
Pros:

Душевное гостеприимство хозяев, расположение в самом центре города, все в шаговой доступности.Великолепная обстановка на завтраках, как в гостях у родителей. Сделают турецкое кофе для вас! Вечером модно посидеть и полюбоваться на крыше. В номере чисто, все необходимое есть.

Pros:

Самый центр Стамбула, что уже здорово. Старое здание с историей. Очень колоритно. Номер действительно поразил размерами, очень просторный. Ознакомиться с завтраком не пришлось, рано уехали. Заселение прошло быстро без вопросов. Рекомендуем.

Lovely location and excellent value for money
Pros:

The location is amazing, we also loved the terrace upstairs it offers a beautiful view, the property is very clean and the owners are extremely lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

The wifi didn’t work upstairs, breakfast could be more varied

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, posizione perfetta per girare la città, colazione buona, piccolo terrazzo con bellissima vista. C era tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, ovviamente è una guest house quindi camere semplici ma pulite e con tutto il necessario.

Расположение отменное.С одной стороны Софийская мечеть, с другой Босфор.Все в шаговой доступности.Хороший завтрак, наличие собственной террасы и душевных хозяев делает отдых незабываемым

Cons:

В принципе всё отлично.Надо понимать что комнаты будут небольшие, но все удобства имеются.Пытались ночью поспать с открытым окном, но народ гуляет и может быть шумно, так как район туристический и масса заведений

I can recommend this place for a couple of days stay, definitely will return in future for more days!
Pros:

The room was extremely clean and cozy. I felt almost like home. The bed and the pillows were amazing. There was A/C in the room, and I didn’t expect it to be there, so it was a nice surprise:) There was even a fridge and a freezer in the room. Even though my room was located next to the reception desk on the ground floor, I had a great sleep and home-like comfort. The staff was very nice and welcome. For this price they offered a free breakfast, which was enough for me to be full until lunch!

Cons:

The shower wasn’t working properly (not enough hot water in the evening, and sometimes not enough pressure). But I really cannot complain about this since I stayed only one night, and I didn’t mention it to the staff because I just had one shower:) But I’m sure if you’d stay more than one night, they would help you to sort this out! Also, I would replace shower curtain with something solid, because shower is small and the soft curtain was sticking to my body.

Best location, best host's
Pros:

Berk Guest house is situated near everything you might want to see in Istanbul, perfect location! Host's were fabulous, sharing with us tips on places to go and best way getting there. Very helpful and genuinely lovely couple! Breakfast was pretty good, plenty to keep you going.
