A maximum of 2 pet is permitted per room in Classic rooms only. Guide dogs and service dogs are accepted free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed in apartments or suites.

All children's meals will be charged and taken during your stay at the hotel.

Loved it and will definately be back, But would eat out in future.
Pros:

We had a suite as we have had previously, which is masive with fantastic views. The breakfast was fine but would not want it every morning on a longer stay. Did not use the spa.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant, we ate there six months ago and was not impressed although we thought we would give it another go. Bur it had not improved unfortunately, menu is limited, which is a shame as all other aspects were great. They also send you messages leading up to your stay saying that if you want to book the resteraunt be quick as it gets busy. Well it never has the two times that I have eaten there. Also, the bar area which is a nice place to end the evening unfortunately the service was well below par. Also there was no safe to keep your valuables in.

Buen hotel. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas pero algunas muy ruidosas
Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación, la numero 7, que daba a un patio, q desde las seis y media de la mañana comenzaron a hacer ruido de carga y descarga de vidrio. Las ventanas son tan antiguas de madera que no se podían cerrar.

Disappointing stay, could be so much better.
Pros:

Nice grounds. Close to city centre.

Cons:

Not particular well maintained. No close attention to cleaning or maintenance. Needs a lot of updating to be worth the price of the stay.

Wouldn’t go back which is a shame as the last few times we went previously a few years back was exceptional. Amazing Bar

Location was good for what we needed. Big spacious room and good sized beds for us all.

Cons:

Staff were miserable. No cocktails which the hotels website states there’s cocktails. Food choice was rubbish and the breakfast wasn’t great either. Not much variety. H

La cantidad de escaleras que tuvimos que subir, cargando maletas. Las moquetas, totalmente obsoletas en cualquier alojamiento que se precie incluso en el Reino Unido. La antigüedad de sanitarios y mobiliario del dormitorio.
