a large well decorated room, a lot of sunshine, quiet and super cozy street, close to everything you need. very helpful staff.
Location was great, very close to local shops such as 7 eleven and pool halls. easy to get to walking street and quite in the evenings.
Staff were overall good however upon arrival i was informed my room would not be ready until the following day as it had been painted and had a very strong paint smell. i was told they would move me to another room instead but they only had higher rate rooms so i was asked to pay the difference. i had just come off a long flight so didnt argue it but as this was down enitrely to the venue charging a guest to upgrade because of an issue not casued by them is abit out of line.
Other than that the only other issue we had was my partner not being allowed into the room at all. we booked it just for 1 person as she was staying with family and were told on arrival if she wanted to stay in the room past 10pm we would need to pay extra (fair enough we only booked for 1 person) the following day she was denied entry to the room with me even during the day before we went out unless she handed the reception her ID card for them to hold onto (not take a copy or photo but phyisically take control of) whilst she was in the property. i fully understand the hotels duty to report guests in the hotel over night and those in the premises for safety reasons however i also believe trying to hold onto a persons origonal Id document whilst in the property is not acceptable or even legal.
It's convenient the location for a couple of days in HCMC.
The language barrier was a headache, they confused me with a visitor in the place that I booked for my friend but I didn't stay because I had my own very close.

The staff were unhelpful, the room had a massive moldy stain on it, left about an hour after checkout, and these people still challenge the charge back (oh they refused to refund and wanted more money to change room). Awful, the worst place I've ever booked. Even booking.com is investigating them now for health and safety. AVOID.
Good location
Was very noisy, had very noisy guest staying across from me , plus can here noise from out side, the 3rd night I used ear plugs,I’m pretty sure I was ment to stay at the other building this company has which is just up the road , because it wasn’t new and quiet as it says

Good location, not far from the walking street but on a road that only allows limited traffic, meaning it was pretty quiet most of the time.
Ground floor room is not far from the front door, so it did get a bit noisy.
For some reason we needed to pay a little extra for a room slightly better than the one we booked. Not sure why, maybe they were overbooked?
No one at reception overnight.
