Ubicación. Tranquilidad. Atención
Las almohadas eran un poco altas
Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, amplias areas verdes y la piscina.
El hotel no cuenta con restaurante cerrado sino que es abierto, se almuerza y cena al aire libre. en la noche es un problema por el frio. no hay servicios a la habitación, tampoco tiene teléfono para llamar en recepción, el desayuno solo se sirve de 9 a 10am, deberia ser minimo desde las 8am. Por el precio debería tener esas consideraciones.
excelente servicio, limpieza y orden en general. Personalmente me gustaría la carta del restaurante un poco más variada, pero es un tema de preferencia personal.
La piscina, el estacionamiento y el área amplia de las instalaciones.
Dentro del bungalow que me tocó habían varias polillas y las cremas del restaurante estaba levemente avinagradas.
El personal era muy amable, especialmente del restaurante, el cuarto era bonito,buena señal de internet.
El precio de booking era mayor al del hotel , hubo un evento el fin de semana que lleno la piscina y genero bastante bulla. El cuarto no estaba aislado del ruido asi que se escuchaba la musica diferente del.restaurante y de la casa del costado.
La Cabaña tenía todo lo ofrecido por el hotel, la piscina limpia.
Los establecimientos y la comida
El trato no es servicial . Se demoraban al.momenro de atención e incluso ignoraban ...
La ubicación está muy accesible, hay movilidad pública para llegar fácilmente, la habitación es bien amplia, los ganchos en el ropero ayudan mucho, la cama era bien cómoda, el televisor deja poner USB (eso me permitió llevar cosas que quería mirar), la terraza es un extra muy agradable.
Hay pocos tomacorrientes a la vista (no se si habría más escondidos), no había forma de usar la laptop mientras se carga. los mosquitos son muy molestos, las mesas de fulbito están con fallas (no se puede jugar bien), el mesero tiene una actitud muy deprimente.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Me gustó la comida. Asimismo me olvidé una prenda e hicieron el favor de guardarmela hasta que pude recogerla.

The property is compact and beautiful. Perfect for a day trip or a weekend stay away from Lima. The pool was gorgeous, refreshing, and clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The chancho de la caja china was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed movie night with snacks and the Chilcanos. 😊
The sleeping quarters and private bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better. There were hairs on the shower walls and the bedroom floors were pretty dirty upon check-in. The magenta wristband we were given to wear for the weekend ended up staining our swimsuits immediately when they got wet from the pool and sunscreen. Hopefully they will do away with the color and stick to a white wristband or something that doesn’t bleed onto fabrics when damp. The kitchen also closed earlier than we had expected (5pm) so we had to leave the grounds for dinner the first night. We were expecting the kitchen and bar to stay open later since they have guests that stay the whole weekend.
We loved this weekend getaway, the host family were kind and we felt very welcomed.The food was excellent. The clear skies and mountain setting was exactly what we needed to relax...The pool was enjoyed by others but it was a bit cool for us to try it. Definitely would definitely recommend this place.
You definitely need to bring your own towels and soap and there was no hot water in the bathroom.
