Value for money but not quite 5 Star - great views of Quy Nhon
Pros:

We were located on the 29th floor, the view was stunning. The size of room was large, very comfortable, huge bath and shower. Mini fridge and tea and coffee provided. Nice little lounge and table making the room very comfortable. Could not get over the view. Overall this room exceeded our expecations.

Cons:

Restaraunt - was disappointing - we had the BBQ special - but all the food was luke warm to cold - which is not good for seafood. We arrived early within half an hour restaurant was packed and there was no prawns, fish and food and it took some time for any more food to come out - it really did not add value whatsoever to the experience.
We did not take the breakfast option but checked on the next morning - there did not seem to be much on offer other than the egg station, most of the food in the warmers appeared to be what was on offer the night before.
The airconditioning takes a while to cool when you return to your room, only one lift had air conditioning and no airconditioning in the hallways which you would normally expect in a five star accommodation.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hyams Hotel. The customer service was impeccable, and Chi in particular stood out—super attentive and always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The buffet and amenities were exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit.

Cons:

The only downside was the spa experience. Unfortunately, the service there didn’t match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. The staff came across as unwelcoming and, at times, dismissive, which detracted from an otherwise fantastic stay.

Hotel staff is very professional and welcoming.
The rooms interior feels quiet high end.
Very good value and top location for the price.
Would come back whenever visiting Quy Nhon.

Cons:

The spa experience was very unpleasant.
Not to point any fingers, might just have been a communication issue, but how the one person at the desk handled our appointments was just horrible.

Traum für wenig Geld!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer mit Meeresblick und schönem großen Bad! So ein Zimmer ist wirklich einzigartig! Die Lage am Strand ist super, der Fitness-und Poolbereich ist super. Den Spa-Bereich hatten wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück ist überaus vielfältig und lecker, sogar mit frischen Kokosnüssen!
Und wieder einmal ist das Personal überaus sympathisch und freundlich!

Cons:

Der Kinderraum hat eine tolle Größe und gute Voraussetzungen. Leider fehlen aber allerhand Spiele und somit konnten wir den Raum sehr wenig nutzen mit unserem Kleinkind.

Pros:

Very clean hotel. Location is excellent, not even a minutes walk from the beach and close to lots of food. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Rooms are big and spacious.

Cons:

The air conditioning was perhaps not quite powerful enough for the size of the room. It works, it just doesn't get the room quite as cool as we'd have liked. But we just opened the balcony door and the ocean breeze cooled the room plenty enough.

Pros:

Gia đình mình đã có 1 mùa hè tuyệt vời khi được lưu trú tại đây, từ phòng ốc, bữa ăn sáng đến dịch vụ spa , tất cả đều rất ưng ý.

Nếu có dịp quay trở lại Quy Nhơn mình vẫn sẽ chọn Grand hyams!

Great high end hotel, perfect for families who are used to American/ European standards
Pros:

Great views. Walk across the street to the beach. Very friendly employees. Electric carts running up and down the main beach street all day long, easy to jump in and go anywhere
