- No smoking! Penalty for smoking inside the property and closer than 33 ft from the building entrance - 100 EUR.
- Pets are allowed in Superior, Deluxe and Suite rooms. Pets are not allowed in Budget, Standard and Double or Twin rooms.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Earlier check-in can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR. It should be requested at least 24 hours before the arrival time.

Eine außergewöhnliche location mit edler, eleganter Atmosphäre in besster Lage und tollem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Riga bella oltre le aspettative
Pros:

La struttura collocata in una villa storica, merita di per sé la visita per la bellezza architettonica degli interni. Pur non essendo proprio nel centro storico è in una posizione strategica, vicino ad un giardino stupendo e dista 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro , da tutti gli altri siti di interesse turistico e dalle stazioni ferroviarie e dei bus.. La camera sebbene non moderna è stata comunque confortevole. Perfette le istruzioni per check-in automatico.

Cons:

La colazione è quasi esclusivamente salata , magari sarebbe sufficiente aggiungere pane bianco da tostare e marmellate. Molta scelta nel salato, ma occorre arrivare entro le 9 altrimenti si rischia di trovare poco. Io non ho avuto problemi, ma l’assenza di personale alla reception potrebbe creare difficoltà in caso di inconvenienti

Great place to stay but needs little improvements
Pros:

Room was big and nice with an authentic feeling. We really like the bathroom and the big bed. It was pretty clean and tidy and nice lightings as well. The common areas and hotel building looking really nice.

Cons:

There were no tooth brush or tooth paste. And the amount of the body wash was really little. We have a bathtub in the bathroom but there was only one can used because of the amount of the soup. I wish these little things were complimenting the rest of the hotel.

Cons:

Toisin kuin Booking.com ohjeistaa, majapaikka toivoi yhteydenpitoa heihin whatsupin kautta. Se oli hämmentävää.

Pros:

The building felt like it had so much history in it. But the interior design gave a hippie vibe which I like- it seems like there lived a lot of artists within. The overall ambiance gave an artistic feel.

Cons:

It's not really that we did not like but it's something of what we experienced. The tissue was half and there was no extra left for refurbishment. And there was no one to ask from and/or we just did not find out where to request for those-

Great location. Interesting history and quirky design. Spacious room and great shower.

It’s very faded and needs a revamp. The room is very tired and quite damaged wallpaper etc.
