Important information:

- No smoking! Penalty for smoking inside the property and closer than 10m from the building entrance - 100 EUR.
- Pets are allowed in Superior, Deluxe and Suite rooms. Pets are not allowed in Budget, Standard and Double or Twin rooms.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Earlier check-in can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR. It should be requested at least 24 hours before the arrival time.
- ⁠Check-out is by 11:00AM. Later check-out can be requested for additional fee 20 EUR.
- All questions and requests should be sent by a message on WhatsApp (+371 2241 8080) or Booking.com
- ⁠Housekeeping is possible for reservations for 3 or more nights. You need to request housekeeping via a message on WhatsApp or Booking.com. Please indicate if any consumable refills or change of towels/bed linen is needed.

Pros:

Проживание в отеле The Benjamin House было великолепным! Все было на высоте! Особо хотела бы отметить персонал отеля. Завтраки от шеф- повара были разнообразными и очень вкусными! Также девушки- работницы отеля помогали и подсказывали мне в любой ситуации! Я благодарна всем вам и вернусь сюда обязательно!!

On se croirait dans un château
Pros:

Chambre gigantesque, on a l'impression de loger dan un manoir ou un hôtel particulier, hauteur sous-plafond impressionnante, une expérience !
Très bien placé, à proximité du centre de la vielle ville et de parcs.

Cons:

Chambre 206, les ampoules des lampes de chevets ne fonctionnaient pas ou étaient manquantes. Signalé le lendemain matin à la femme de ménage.
Un peu bruyant, l'hôtel donne sur une rue passagère et pavée, donc bruit des voitures et du tram (malgré double fenêtres)

Great hotel, great building and furnishing and artwork and ambiance and vibe. Has a very good garden with fountain. Close to old town and bus and train station, parks, stadiums and the Xiomi Arena.
