Nhân viên phục vụ khá dễ thương và support.
Giường nệm khá êm ái.

Cons:

Đây là lần thứ 2 mình quay lại, tuy nhiên cảm nhận là phòng lần này mình ở khá cũ, chăn nệm cũng hơi ngả màu.
Mùa du lịch nên đông khách, nước nóng trong nhà vệ sinh không ổn định, lúc thì cháy da lúc lại lạnh ngắt.
Khách sạn nên chú ý sơn sửa và chỉn chu hơn cơ sở vật chất.

Phòng mới, sạch, yên tĩnh, rộng, gần trung tâm, có bãi đỗ xe rộng rãi. Thủ tục nhanh chóng, dễ dàng, có được hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm (nếu trống) mà không phụ thu thêm. Nên trang bị thêm quạt phòng những ngày hơi nóng.
