Excelente estancia
Pros:

Excelente ubicación muy bonito hotel, muy buena atención del personal en recepción, desayuno adecuado con buenas opciones y de calidad, habitaciones de buen tamaño y camas cómodas

Cons:

Que no puedamos cenar o desayunar juntos en el hotel por viajar con mascota.
Es incomprensible que siendo un hotel que admite mascota prohiba la entrada al comedor con ella.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, отель в красивом здании, номера хорошие. Плохо работал кондиционер, обратились с просьбой проверить но никто так и не подошел. В 9 вечера снова позвонили на ресепшн и напомнили но никто не подошел. В итоге ночью было душно, открытое окно не помогло. В остальном все хорошо.

Super Stadthotel mit einigen Kritikpunkten, aber wir würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Direkt im Geschehen, aber dennoch ruhig (unser Zimmer war auf den Innenhof gerichtet). Der Eingangsbereich ist einladend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt zwei Zimmerservices pro Tag und der Roomservice ist umfassend und schnell. Der Pool und das Gym sind klein aber tun ihre Dienste. All in all nicht perfekt, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratze war eine Katastrophe (alt, abgenutzt, abschüssig, man fiel fast aus dem Bett, wenn sich der Bettnachbar bewegte). Auf unseren Wunsch hin wurde ein Topper organisiert, was wir sehr schätzten. Die Sauberkeit war jetzt auch nicht überragend (Schimmel im Bad, Haarbüschel in den Ecken und bräunliche Spritzer an der Wand gegenüber des WC...) und aus dem Dusch-Abfluss roch es intensivst nach Abwasser (es war Juli und sehr heiss - fairerweise stankt es generell in der Stadt recht stark). Die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut.
