Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Besonders hat mir die Lage direkt in der Altstadt gefallen! Das Zimmer war sehr hell und das Bett gemütlich. Das Personal war außerdem sehr freundlich und man konnte problemlos seine Wäsche waschen lassen.

PROPERTY DOESN'T EXIST! and I was redirected to different hotels while they attempted to charge me.
Pros:

Nothing. I was not able to stay at the property I originally booked.

Cons:

Right after checkin time, I was informed the hotel had changed address, but when I arrived at the original location, it did not exist. I was then contacted via WhatsApp from a different number, and it became clear I was dealing with another hotel entirely, not the one I booked. They tried to redirect me to multiple different locations to keep the reservation. Communication was confusing and misleading. They also attempted to charge my card multiple times despite the situation and refusing to properly cancel the booking themselves.
