I did not stay. Decided to leave.
Pros:

Nothing. Went to two rooms and neither bed was made and both smelled of weed.

Cons:

They aren’t open for business on Sundays.

Pros:

Good price not too far from amenities or the beach. Friendly staff as well.

Cons:

The rooms could have been cleaner and towels, trash bags, or cleaning we not done daily. I had to go buy a broom from DG to get sand out of the floor before we ever went to the beach.

Cons:

The staff, led by Alicia, delayed the initial check-in. Then there was no remote for TV. When asking for a new room or working remote I never received either. Checked out with full refund and am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my account. Still waiting for staff to respond.

We booked to arrive on a sunday, but lucky for us we arrived a day early and booked in an extra night, when I say lucky it was because if we had turned up on the sunday like we should have done we wouldnt have got our room as there is no office staff on Sundays its there day off. Even when we got there a day early there was a note on the door saying back soon so we had to wait an hour. The room is very dated and areas of the room was damaged. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet broke while we was there, no quilt cover on bed, no tea or coffee and no hair dryer, I know we didn't pay a lot for the room but I do expect it yo be clean. The picture on the website looks nothing like we got.

Pros:

I like how quick Ms. Alicia quickly rectofied all of my requests, she was always happy and respectable. I just would like for all of the contact/emergency numbers, the address, the address, and a list of local business and restaurants recmmendef. Other than that this was a professional establishment.

Cons:

I did not like when a male worker had came into my room, while I was getting dressed. He did not knock first, he then said I put in a report for a running toilet, which I had not. They should always knock first and announce themselves.

Pros:

My wife and I both absolutely love the fact that everything was clean and orderly, and we could not believe how comfortable the bed was. The size of the room was also very spacious. We had a nicer stay here paying $150 plus tax for three nights versus paying $ 100 to 125 a night at other places that have uncomfortable beds and not even as nice of rooms. The people running the place were very nice and we will definitely go to this hotel if we go to Pensacola again. Just make sure and maybe bring an extra towel or two because the office is closed on Sundays.

It was close to my school.

Cons:

The sockets don’t work once the lights are off! I had to keep the lights on late so my devices could charge! The lights on the bed don’t work if the main light switch is off!! It had dog hair on the floor and the room smelled like smoke! It looked as if my room had water damage! They also had a Debbie cake box behind the light to patch a hole.

This place has done a complete turn around since she took over this place is family friendly, quiet ,clean,an the employees are amazing people I highly recommend this place
