This hotel got a free night worth of money from me. I arrived from out of town with several accidents and a lot of const

It was close to where family was

Cons:

There was no pillows when we arrived and no staff was available.They put an emergency number on the door that did not work. There was no way to contact anyone. Office closes at 7 if I would have known I would not have stayed. Anything could have happened and nobody was available. Closed on Sundays.

Cons:

everything. room was filty ,no soap or towels on the room. when i go to the office they were closed on and Sunday closed . photos send to booking .com . no help . is amazing this is a hotel recommended by them . .and after.call booking i have absolutely no help personally will never use booking again . this experience was a complete joke

The bed was uncomfortable not clean bathroom not clean room just not clean. Nice TV though. the office close you can't get any towels or what you need for your room,toilet paper, and I think they close kind of early

Lovely
Pros:

Awesome customer service. The place was beautiful and I loved it. Clean and when asked for more wash towels it was handled in a timely manner. I would visit again and tell others about this place. Great service.

Unsanitary Conditions and Refund Refusal at Hotel

This place was awful. I don't recommend this place at all. Stay away!

Cons:

The first room we got had about 12 dead roaches and used Q-tips, and the toilet was stained with feces. The bed sheets and pillows were also stained. We requested to move to a cleaner room. That room was just as bad as the first, but this time there was a bed bug on the bed and bedding. There were still bugs living in the room, making noises.

We did not stay the night. We left and booked a different hotel. We contacted Booking.com, and it seemed like they would help us get our money back, but we still have not received it. The owner of the hotel said she will ignore all communication from Booking.com and will not issue a refund.

Places like this should not be listed on Booking.com. We are VIP-level customers, and I believe they should help us get our money back, or we will no longer do business with this company.
