Good in general
Pros:

Th location is near to the bus station and it was 15 min from thr center in the bus
Not the best location ,but it was easy to go to the city center

Friendly Staff. Lovely breakfast, Clean, Perfect location
Pros:

The staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Before staying I had emailed questions and they were always quick to respond and give helpful advice. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was the perfect base for our stay as we wanted to visit Lake Garda and Venice whilst also spending some time in Verona itself. If we come back to Verona I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It was a shame the steam room was broken when we used the spa that we paid for and we were not made aware it was broken until we were using the facilities.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. We were upgraded into a deluxe room and the jacuzzi bath was unbelievable. The breakfast was beautiful and we wished were staying for more than one night. The staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. I will 100% be back next year again as we enjoyed it so much.
