My only complaint was I only had two pillows one for wife and one for me. The pillows were small and thin. Felt like I didnt have a pillow as I slept

For the most part, the room was not bad, but won’t stay here again.

Cons:

No water bottle. Microwave not working phone not working. “queen beds” too small. Sink in the bathroom was clogged. four people were checked in and we were given one bar of soap.

I checked in and then found another place to stay immediately after seeing my room and the other guests. It did not feel safe, smelled poorly, etc.

Exhausting process and the manager did not even attempt to provide compensation for my long wait

Guest smoking marijuana in stairwell. Power went out and phone, email and credit card machine was not working. I waited in the lobby from 8:30pm to 10:58pm to get some resolve. I went ahead and cancelled the previous reservation because it was to be paid at arrival, then I booked another reservation and I paid now with Bookings.com
