We had two stays at Xishu Garden Inn, bookending our holiday in Sichuan. The Inn is lovely, in a great location and with good facilities. Rooms are clean and well appointed, and the courtyard is a comfortable place to relax. But it’s the staff who really make the stay exceptional. They are friendly and knowledgeable, very happy to help out with suggestions for things to do and see, and how best to get around.
Nothing really - it was a great base for visiting Chengdu and environs.

The hotel is near to subway and supermarket (+-10min walk), breakfast buffet is great, and staff is alway open to help you in any way possible. The bed was comfortable, accessible electric plugs next to the bed, room and bathroom very clean. Laundry facilities are great.
Special thanks to Lin (night shift), she was super friendly and helpful from the first day to the very last.
The WiFi connection wasn’t the more stable. As a digital nomad, to have stable connectivity is imperative and that wasn’t always the case.

We really enjoyed our stay at Xishu Garden Inn. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful, and located in a great historic area of Chengdu. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with many small things during our stay, which made us feel very welcome. It was also very convenient that the staff spoke English. We stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience.

Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant (j'ai pu laisser mon vélo à l'intérieur) et l'endroit est confortable, très propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, il varie aussi un peu chaque jour, on est paré pour une journée d'exploration et ne reprendre de vrai repas que le soir!
Peut-être un légèrement cher pour un dortoir, mais on m'a laissé quelques jours seul dans mon dortoir donc j'étais même en chambre individuelle! la plupart du temps :-)
The location was great and very private. Easy to get around Chengdu from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast delicious. Super comfortable bed!

The location is great, in the city center and close to the nice monastery and old style street with food/shopping options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice as well and it is possible to get sandwiches if leaving early.
