Decent for a short stay, but far from a 4.5-star experience.
Pros:

This hotel is a great option for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Although there were no windows, it was perfect for getting a good night's sleep, as it was very quiet. The food was good, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights!

Cons:

The hotel is located in a popular area of the city, which is very noisy, chaotic, crowded, and not particularly clean. The bathroom had a leak, so the floor was constantly wet. The shower had a plastic curtain that wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, the hotel didn't meet my expectations, especially considering its 4.5-star rating. If you're looking for a luxury experience or a high-end stay, this is definitely not the place for you.

飯店的服務人員態度很好，在我半夜抵達的時候跟計程車司機有一點衝突，他們非常的熱心幫忙我。讓我感到非常的舒適與安全。
並且在我住宿之後，主動問我住的還舒服嗎？有沒有需要更換房間。早餐也非常好吃建議，建議台灣朋友們來到印度德里可以住在這個票價又舒適的酒店☺️

New, clean and comfortable hotel would not recommend for solo female travelers
Pros:

Clean, new and helpful staff only downside is location

Cons:

Location was horrible, would not recommend for a solo female traveller did not feel safe at all coming and going from the property. Only left when I had a driver picking me up or dropping me off.
I only stayed for 2 nights and wouldn’t won’t it any longer

העובדים מאוד שירותים, אוהבים לעזור. לנו בחדר היה חלון, אי אפשר לפתוח בגלל זיהום האוויר והרעש, גם אין באמת נוף.
יש מזגן מאוורר, קומקום ומאוורר

Cons:

התמונות הן הדמיה, אין נוף כזה מהחלון, חדר האוכל ממש חשוך ולא באמת נעים ואפשר לשבת שם.. כל המלון מיושן מאוד, בחדר מלא אבנית, מצעים עם חורים, לא כיף ולא תואם למ4 כוכבים. אבל זוהי הודו והצוות היה נהדר
