Important information:

Reception opening hours from January to June and from September to December:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 19:30.

Reception opening hours in July and August:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00.
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Friday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00.
On Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 21:00.

If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the reception in advance to get the access codes.

Please note that bed linen is provided, while cleaning kit is not.

The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Failing to do so will result in a booking cancellation.

For stays up to 6 nights (all rates included), only the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included.

For stays of 7 nights or more (all rates included), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change.

The pool is open daily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Una gran terraza, aunque la nuestra daba hacia el parking.

Cons:

El apartamento no tenía ningún armario ni perchero. Solo podías dejar la ropa sobre una silla, si no utilizabas, o en la propia maleta

Pros:

Petit studio bien pensé et à priori refait à neuf même si extérieurement le bâtiment paraît un peu vieillot. Excellente literie et environnement calme la nuit.
Proche de la dune du Pilat. Prix attractif.

Cons:

Notre chambre au premier étage était juste au- dessus de l'entrée. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter du côté lac qui aurait été plus agréable et qui nous aurait permis de mieux profiter du balcon. Mais nous n'étions là que pour une nuit.

Le couchage confortable.

Cons:

Le bruit venant des parkings et celui des autres occupants. La chaleur aggravée par les baies vitrées. Pas de clim. Seulement un pauvre ventilateur de plafond. Des fourmis dans la salle de bain. La douche partiellement bouchée.

Cons:

Il n'y avait aucun placard pour ranger nos affaires dans la chambre.
Ma voiture a été endommagée par les racines des arbres. Le parking est complètement défoncé. Attention aux voitures basses.

La struttura è lasciata molto a sè stessa: era frequentata da gruppi sportivi di giovani (con relativi schiamazzi notturni) e da comitive molto numerose. La pulizia delle aree esterne è relativa.
