Important information:

Reception opening hours from January to June and from September to December:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 19:30.

Reception opening hours in July and August:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00.
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Friday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00.
On Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 21:00.

If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the reception in advance to get the access codes.

Please note that bed linen is provided, while cleaning kit is not.

The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Failing to do so will result in a booking cancellation.

For stays up to 6 nights (all rates included), only the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included.

For stays of 7 nights or more (all rates included), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change.

The pool is open daily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La taille de la chambre les baies vitrées donnant sur le lac.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de climatisation et le ventilateur au plafond se coupe quand on coupe la lumière ou alors je n'ai pas su m'en servir.

Pros:

Sa proximité avec un coin de nature, son ascenseur, la salle de bain et la literie.

Cons:

Manque d’entretien extérieur (notamment terrasse des chambres), manque de sérieux dans le service donné à la clientèle, manque d’attention porté à l’état des chambres avant l’arrivée de la clientèle, ce pourquoi nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Pros:

L'amabilité d'ensemble du personnel. La facilité de parking. La taille de la chambre. La présence d'un balcon. Le petit déjeuner avec vu sur le lac.
Son emplacement près d'Arcachon, de la Teste et la dune du Pilat.
En un 1/4 d'heure on va dîner à Arcachon face à la queue de la baleine. C'est TOP.

Cons:

Rien. Mais sa situation dans une zone commerciale et d'activité surprend au départ.
