Important information:

Reception opening hours from January to June and from September to December:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 19:30.

Reception opening hours in July and August:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00.
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Friday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00.
On Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 21:00.

Please note that bed linen is provided, while cleaning kit is not.

The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Failing to do so will result in a booking cancellation.

For stays up to 6 nights (all rates included), only the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included.

For stays of 7 nights or more (all rates included), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change.

The pool is open daily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

La sistemazione grande .

Cons:

Mancava aria condizionata e chiedono la cauzione anche solo per due giorni che purtroppo non viene restituita subito alla partenza ma come straniero ci vorranno 48 ore.

Logement très propre et lumineux. Très bon accueil

Cons:

Travaux juste à côté à partir de 7h du matin. Plusieurs équipements cassés (freezer, ventilateur...)

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le rapport qualité-prix est inadmissible. Non seulement l'espace est extrêmement restreint, mais le matelas est d'un inconfort inacceptable.
Plus grave encore, le manque de transparence sur l'absence de climatisation est intolérable en plein été : avec 38 °C relevés dans la chambre, nous étions condamnés à laisser la fenêtre grande ouverte. Pour couronner le tout, un immeuble en construction juste en face démarrait ses travaux dès 6 heures du matin.
Fenêtre ouverte obligatoire oblige, nous avions littéralement l'impression que le chantier était dans notre chambre. Ce séjour a été un véritable calvaire sonore et thermique.

Wir wurden vom Feuer in der Gironde evakuiert und dafür war es OK.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Betten waren gut ausgestattet. Die Bettdecke war pro Bett eine grosse Decke. Hier wären jeweils kleinere besser für uns gewesen. Es gab im Schlafzimmer einen Deckenventilator.

Cons:

Es ist recht hellhörig, und das Zimmer direkt neben unserem wurde renoviert, was recht viel Lärm verursacht hat. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage, so hat sich die Wärme gestaut. Offene Fenster sind im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Parkplatz nicht so ideal. Es hätte jeder vom Parkplatz in das Zimmer laufen können. Die Terrasse ist nicht abgetrennt. Der Parkplatz ist zwar kostenfrei, aber die Wurzeln der Bäume haben den Asphalt ziemlich angehoben.

Grand appartement proche de la dune du Pilat
Pros:

Les grands appartements, le balcon avec la vue sur le plan d’eau

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilos au plafond, cela nous convient mais faudrait il qu’il brasse plus fort
