My stay went well. It was a clean, comfortable, safe environment.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Coffee in the lobby was great 24/7.

Cons:

Check in was delayed because of late cleaning. Got there at 2:55 and waited until 3:30 for the room to be ready.

Bkfast was good.

Cons:

Bath rug was not in the bathroom. Shower floor was somewhat slippery. Shower cap would have been nice.

Pros:

The hotel was clean staff was nice but still waiting on a refund I was promised.

Cons:

I was told by the manager I would get a 75.00 refund due to not getting a roll out bed. As of today 4/27/26 I have yet to see that land back into my bank account.

Clean comfortable stay and great location!
Pros:

Location, clean and nice size room and decent t pricing. We enjoyed ourselves with our friends and family on our stay!

Cons:

I didn't like not getting our trash taken out or room tended to when I made the effort to ask them to. I understand if there may be short staffing but if there is always someone at the front desk, if I make an effort to ask the least you can do is state we will try or we are unable to due to staffing.

A very pleasant stay, friendly staff , clean and comfortable environment
