唯一的一顆星是給地理位置方便，除此之外，這間旅館的住宿體驗真的非常糟糕，是我住過最差的一次。

首先，熱水需要等非常久才會有，使用上極不便利；房間內還充滿螞蟻，衛生狀況令人擔憂。另外，房內甚至沒有提供吹風機，基本設備明顯不足。

櫃台服務幾乎形同虛設，有問題時傳訊息長時間不回覆，但卻會主動傳訊請我們給評價，這點讓人感到非常不舒服與不專業。

更令人難以接受的是，床單與枕頭上都有明顯且大量的污漬，看起來並未確實清潔，讓人完全無法安心休息。

整體來說，這次住宿體驗非常差，住的每一刻都感到煎熬，完全不會再考慮入住，也不推薦給其他旅客。

The only star I can give is for the convenient location. Other than that, this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

First, the hot water takes an extremely long time to come through, which is very inconvenient. The room was also full of ants, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. On top of that, there wasn’t even a hairdryer provided, showing a clear lack of basic amenities.

The front desk service was practically nonexistent. When we had questions, our messages went unanswered for a long time, yet they had no problem messaging us to ask for a review, which felt very unprofessional.

What was even more unacceptable was that both the bed sheets and pillows had numerous visible stains, making it clear they were not properly cleaned. It was impossible to feel comfortable or at ease.

Overall, this was a terrible stay. Every moment felt unbearable. I would not consider staying here again and definitely would not recommend it to others.

Pros:

Бронируя данный отель важно понимать, что основная функция данного жилья на 2-3 суток - помыться , переночевать и далее бежать до вечера по своим делам. Мы жили на 3 этаже, в тесном, но уютном и чистом номере. Кровати были отличными, персонал приятен, все просьбы по номеру были удовлетворены. Было тяжеловато после утомительного дня подниматься наверх (лифта нет), но в таких кардио-нагрузках тоже есть своя польза. И когда мы приехали в отель в подтвержденное для заселение время, нас попросили немного подождать - была подготовка номера. Хорошо, что мы были голодные и время ожидания потратили на прием еды. Рекомендация - берите фумигатор - много комаров и мошек, так как отель возле канала. Нашли отличный ресторанчик , где вкусно , много и цена нормальная - на улице за отелем напротив Lotteria, ресторанчик называется Madam Khanh (суп с морепродуктами просто феерия!)

Cons:

Ничего супер критичного не было.
