Las fotos son IA ,no tiene nada que ver sobre todo las habitaciones de la planta baja con cucarachas y moho en las paredes

Cons:

Reserve una Deluxe y el baño estaba lleno de manchas negras de moho y la supuesta ventana daba a un patio interior con la maquina del aire acondicionado enfrete

Die Lage und das es Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen gab.

Cons:

Es gab keine aktive Rezeption, man war allein gelassen, es gab nur Personal das zum Putzen da war, was sehr schlecht ist gerade in meinem Fall.

Ich habe eine schlechte Bewertung geben müssen, da das Wasser im Badezimmer nicht funktionierte, weder der Hahn am Becken noch die Toilette funktionierten. Das ist unverschämt dafür habe ich nicht ein Deluxe Zimmer genommen und bezahlt…. Es gab keine partielle Entschädigung dafür gar nichts. Ich musste auf öffentliche Toilette und Becken ausweichen um normalste Dinge zu tun und man wurde einfach allein gelassen mit dem Problem. Es gab keine Bemühungen das Problem zu lösen. Einzige Lösung die kam war in ein andere Gebäude zu ziehen was aber deutlich weiter außerhalb lag. Swing& Pillow in Penang war super aber in Melaka zumindest das in der Jonker Street einfach nur Schrott!
