Amazing staff, lovely rooms and great shuttle to the Beach.
Pros:

The room we had was great. One thing I would say is the lack of space for Big suitcases. There is under bed storage, but this was not big enough for a large suitcase.

The 29 Baht Ice cream Cones were Amazing!! Really good value.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, felt repetative. Need a bigger selection of Fruits and fresh bread that does not feel stale.

One thing to be aware of when looking at booking is the Shuttle service that this place offers is needing to be paid when using it. This was not something we were aware of when booking as It appeared that this was free. The beach shuttle is free, but all Tuk-tuk shuttle is paid and there was occasions were the driver ran out of petrol and would not pick us up.

Luxury & tranquility for a great value
Pros:

Amazing tranquil location in Laguna. You can walk around the amazing lakes and enjoy the views and silence. However still so close to Bang Tao / Boat Avenue and all the restaurants and cafes.
I would definitely come back and recommend to those who want to enjoy Phuket not the typical busy way, yet very close also these places.
It is definitely the upscale area of Phuket. Great value for money.
Breakfast was completely fine.

In sports terms- Cassia got you in the stadium but in the cheapest seats
Pros:

Excellent location within Banyan Laguna. So beautiful beach and free shuttles by boat or trolly within Laguna. Staff was very friendly and rooms were great. Cassia is the most affordable property in Laguna.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but I stopped going after 2 days and went to Open Kitchen across the street

Ganska stort rum.

Cons:

Personalen hälsar knappt. De flesta låtsas inte ha sett dig. Men det finns några få personal som är trevliga och hjälpsamma.
Fåglarna flyger runt i frukosthallen och de kan landa på eller äta donuts, bröd och frukt. Ingen personal verkar bry sig om hygienproblemet som skapades av fåglarna. Vissa gäster har märkt problem för ett par år sedan och skrev kommentarer på andra webbsidor. Ägaren svarade där att de skulle ta åtgärder, men inget har förändrats.
Rummet städades varannan dag om man inte betalar extra.

Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : on peut presque tout trouver dans ce buffet continental mais qui propose aussi quelques plats locaux.
Il y a un service de navettes gratuites pour rejoindre la plage située de l'autre côté de la lagune avec une possibilité de se faire masser sur la plage. Il y a également des navettes gratuites pour rejoindre les autres hôtels de la lagune...

Cons:

Peut-être le côté un peu impersonnel : c'est un hôtel très grand avec beaucoup de touristes européens, cela manque un peu charme.

- Lokalizacja- plaża niby blisko, niby łódki, które pływają, ale dookoła hotelu nie ma w zasadzie nic
- Ceny na miejscu- zarówna w hotelu jak nie restauracji na przeciwko bardzo drogo
- śniadanie- słaba jakość
- ilość ludzi z Rosji!!! Wszyscy brali nas za Rosjan, nie dało się słyszeć innego języka, czułam się nieswojo
