Comfortable accommodation and would definitely stay again if I was in the area, but not in room 10
Pros:

Nice bedroom, excellent cooked breakfast and the pizza and pasta at the restaurant was delicious

Cons:

Room 10 bathroom…tired and couldn’t shower because the water was scalding, definitely needs sorting

The staff were friendly and really thoughtful

Cons:

Sadly the room was musty, which caused an allergic reaction, meaning I needed antihistamines and inhalers. I arrived really late, so didn’t address this on the night.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Lovely, affordable accommodation. Modern facilities. Close to airport (the reason for our stay). Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Lovely garden area at the back of the property. Would definitely book again if we were in Newcastle!

Cons:

I couldn’t control the shower settings very well. Was either running freezing or scalding hot. Maybe not so much the properties fault, may just have been me unable to figure it out but found it difficult to control the temperature compared to other places we’ve stayed.

A regular favourite of mine
Pros:

Dog friendly, good size rooms, comfortable bed, good shower, lovely restaurant. Attractive setting with plenty of parking with woods opposite for dog walking.

Pros:

Onthe edge of the city but felt like a world away in such a charming almost medditeran setting
The Italian restaurant serves delicious food that's excellent value for money and every member of staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Infact the owner came over to say hello to my little dogs and was such a friendly man who always had a big smile for everyone.
The accommodation is clean, comfortable and best of all set slightly apart from the restaurant.
I stayed when England were playing Norway and even though the match was televised in the restaurant it was quiet enough in the room for me not to really notice .

Cons:

Nothing at all to dislike. Only suggestion I could make is perhaps have a shelf in the bathroom as had to perch my toiletries/ washbag and makeup bag on the sink.
Personally prefer a bath to a shower and room I was in was a shower only but that's not really a big issue

Pros:

Handy for a tournament we were attending.

Cons:

Lack of facilities. Not enough towels initally. The lighting in room was very poor.
Was reccommended by a friend. Not my style.

Pros:

Lovely place to stay, staff are all friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfy, all facilities are clean. Breakfast is plentiful and catered to all as much as much as possible. We paid separately for dinner and that was also very nice. Best of all dogs are not just 'allowed' they're made very welcome with a garden to give them breaks in, one of the owners spotted my two at breakfast and after checking with me gave them some sausage. Would recommend and stay again.

Cons:

Only minor thing is would be nice if there were separate toiletries in the showers, there was only a hair body wash in one but as we were only there one night it wasn't a massive issue.
