Pros:

The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty and with a lot of choices. Staff was friendly and really helpful.

Property was not bad but entrance road was very congested!!

Cons:

I saw an advertisement on Booking.com stating that airport pickup was free. However, when I requested the service, the hotel refused and demanded INR 1,200 for the airport pickup. This was very disappointing and misleading.
Additionally, the room did not provide basic amenities such as a box of tissues or slippers for bathroom and floor use, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.
I hope the hotel will improve its service and ensure that advertised facilities are provided as promised.
