Staff was good
Hot water facilities is not there. No plug in bathroom,one has to carry water bucket from room to bathroom. They provide you hot water rod which can be used only in room.
The staff very friendly and helpful so much for everything. The bellboy also handyman.
The picture in the booking and reality showing same but just look old. And located in small street, near to market and train station so looks like poor area and feel unsafe if walking alone if you are lady in the night.
No tiene mala ubicación al viejo Delhi aunque no es la mejor zona para descansar… el personal es bastante amable.
Atención las fotos no corresponden con el estado real del hotel y las instalaciones. El hotel está bastante antiguo y desgastado pero lo peor es que no hay limpieza alguna de las habitaciones. En cuanto al servicio que dan extra siempre parece estar el precio bastante inflado respecto al valor original (trenes, tuk tuks, sims de tlf, etc)

No se asusten si entran como yo por el otro lado y encuentran todo cerrado por construcción, está la entrada más a la esquina, vayan preparado que no acondicionador en ningún hotel de la India, pasar una noche y menos mal porque al ir a desayunar me salió una cucaracha en el agua de la máquina del café. Ya podrían cambiarla

The staff was great even though I reached in the middle of the night, literally.very helpful and kind, the night manager Mr sharma and his attendant were very helpful and caring . Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrendous experience. There was leakage and a terrible smell in the bathroom when we asked them to check and clean they didn't even care, The customer service was terrible they only care about the money, the room might not have been cleaned for years i guess, it was that bad. Food was acceptable, not good but not bad either, there didn't offer any service they mention here. Overall, the worst experience of my entire trip
