Décevant et surtout préoccupant concernant la sécurité de la piscine
Pros:

Hôtel propre, charmant et agréable dans son ensemble, avec un personnel plutôt accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et l’établissement est bien entretenu. Nous avons également apprécié le changement de chambre qui nous a été proposé après notre problème.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre séjour a été fortement marqué par un accident dans l’espace piscine. Le sol autour de la piscine est extrêmement glissant. Mon ami a chuté et s’est ouvert le crâne, nécessitant 6 points de suture.

Ce qui nous a particulièrement choqués, c’est que plusieurs clients présents nous ont indiqué avoir eux-mêmes chuté ou constaté que de nombreuses personnes glissaient à cet endroit. Nous avons donc demandé des explications à la direction concernant la sécurité de ce sol et sa conformité. Nous avons surtout eu le sentiment que le problème était minimisé. Une chambre de catégorie supérieure nous a finalement été proposée, mais cela ne répondait évidemment pas à nos interrogations concernant la sécurité de l’installation.

Par ailleurs, l’environnement de l’hôtel est assez décevant : vue sur un hôtel en travaux, voie SNCF à proximité et environnement peu agréable. Pour le prix demandé, nous nous attendions à un cadre beaucoup plus qualitatif.

Enfin, le restaurant nous a également déçus : ambiance très bruyante et assez sombre, avec une impression davantage de cantine que de restaurant correspondant au standing et au prix de l’établissement.

Het uitermate vriendelijk personeel ! Voldoende entertainment en goed en smakelijk eten. Het hotel ligt super centraal en direct aan zee …
Het hotel is kraakhelder… en wordt iedere dag top schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Het hotel moet beetje worden opgefrist als je heel kritisch kijkt …. Naast het hotel wordt een nieuw hotel gebouwd dus als je aan het zwembad ligt heb je daar wel geluidsoverlast van. Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant voor de grootte van het hotel. En het is vaak ‘s ochtends handdoekje leggen.

Excellent location, beds are extremely comfortable, only issue is trying to get a sunbed after 08.30 was impossible, every bed had towels placed on them extremely early , we ended up paying for a sunbed at the beach
