Disappointed

Nothing, just a simple studio

Cons:

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing.

The television was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the internet connection throughout the stay was very slow. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable, as I found cockroaches inside. The bed and pillows also had an unpleasant smell, making the stay uncomfortable.

I initially booked the room at RM113, but upon check-out I was charged RM222 without a clear explanation, which was very concerning. In addition, the room did not match the advertised description the view overlooked the highway rather than the sea. The sofa was damaged and worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt more like a 2-star hotel than what was advertised.

Overall, this stay did not provide value for the price paid. I hope the management will address these issues seriously, improve room maintenance and cleanliness, and provide greater transparency regarding pricing to avoid disappointing future guests.

Séjour passable Malgré bel emplacement, bonne communication et réactivité de l’interlocuteur

L’emplacement : conforme à l’annonce, proche de l’eau, et de la plage avec vue sur la mer.
Les équipements communs : piscine, salle sport et jardin

Cons:

Malgré efforts de mon interlocuteur la wifi ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai pris sur mon temps la veille de mon départ pour recevoir les techniciens qui n’ont pas résolu le problème. Les équipements dans l’appartement n’étaient pas satisfaisants : les réchauds gaz ne fonctionnaient pas, et très peu d’ustensiles cuisine étaient présents (un seul récipient pour cuire et contenir les aliments), tous les placards étaient vides et certains en très mauvais état
