Oltre le aspettative! Ci è piaciuta tantissimo
Pros:

La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dal people’s park , lo staff è gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste. La camera è pulitissima, arredo ben selezionato e piena di accessori utili! Mi è piaciuto tutto!

Cons:

Stanze poco insonorizzate, ma è un dettaglio che si può accettare considerando tutte le buone qualità della struttura!

Exceptional
Pros:

The welcoming reception staff on arrival and throughout our interactions during our stay. The uniqueness of the hotel, the great location away from usual busy cbd hotels, great to be in the outer area and see a glimpse of day to day local lives. Location within easy walking distance to most of our activities. The breakfast staff also very welcoming and happy every day we arrived for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Pros:

A cordialidade do time, as instalações, a decoração dos quartos, snacks de cortesia todos os dias, qualidade dos lençóis e toalhas, chuveiro bom. Tudo! A localização também era muito boa, próximo ao metrô e ao People’s Park

Pros:

We got upgraded to a very big room. None of the staff speaks english but they have a device for translation. The staff are warm and service-minded. They have tea, ice and coffee machine at the lobby at all times. Snack in room and light meal to grab if you need to check out early or check in late as well. The location is convenient with 2 train stations, and near kuanzhai alley and renmin park. Breakfast is also lovely. Would come back to stay here.

Pros:

O atendimento das meninas da recepção é excelente, diferenciado, uma preocupação genuína em agradar os hospedes. Tivemos uma recepção muito especial quando souberam que minha esposa havia machucado o pé na viagem. Adoramos e somos muito gratos. A comida do hotel é perfeita e o atendimento também atencioso. Especial agradecimento a recepcionista de nome Tim Tim, que se ofereceu para acompanhar minha esposa no médico no seu dia de folga.

Un hôtel vraiment top
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. L'emplacement,la gentillesse du personnel,les attentions.
Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

Il faudrait un peu plus de place pour ranger nos affaires.. comme des étagères ou tiroirs

Excellent séjour au coeur de Chengdu
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour :
- l'extrême gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel
- la situation idéale de l'hôtel, à 2 pas du métro et du People's park, tout en étant au calme
- la qualité et le confort des chambres : literie, salle de bains, petites attentions....
- le petit-déjeuner buffet varié et copieux.

Очень уютный и самобытный отель! Супер любезный и отзывчивый персонал, идеальное расположение отеля в спокойном районе, рядом куча кафе и лавочек, очень вкусные завтраками в милом кафе, чудесные номера с духом ностальгии, особый восторг - это дисковый телефон, оснащение отеля поражает - был даже ополаскиватель для полости рта и жидкий стиральный порошок в диспенсере, всё продумано с заботой о постояльцах!

Chendu est une ville décontractée et intéressante et l’hôtel Nostalgia correspond à l’esprit de la ville et incite à rev

Très bien organisé, tout est dans les détails. Pour chaque situation, ils vous aident à trouver une solution. Aussi professionnel que chaleureux.

Cons:

Les chambres côté rue du 1 étage (RDC) trop près du trottoir. J’ai demandé à changer et c’est fait sans problème. La chambre du troisième étage coté intérieur me convenait mieux. Comme il y’a un ascenseur cela ne pose aucun problème.
