Absolutely nothing. I felt unsafe. They scam me and took me to a different building, someone offered to sell me cocaine. It's a horrible place
Everything for one the owner laughed at me when I asked her refund I booked a room We can advance confirmed with them the day I was arriving I arrived in the room was available, the guy at the front desk didn't know anything going on, he called the owner they took me across the street to a derelict building, showed me a room with yellow sheets and drug dealers outside, cockroaches on the floor... I was shocked and horrified I said hey you don't have my room okay give me the refund they denied me and refused it. The owner then proceeded to laugh at me when I said at Smith at police report she said she pays the police so not to worry about it. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had any hotel. I'm also thoroughly disgusted that booking.com will not help with any sort of refund situation with this.
Properties like this should be removed from the platform they're scammers they make it unsafe environment.

The only good thing was the location

Taken to another building across the street which did not have the amenities listed in original booking.

La chambre ne se situait même pas dans l’hôtel mais dans un immeuble locatif à côté où il y avait beaucoup de monde et de bruit, on ne s’y sent pas à l’aise du tout. De plus rien ne ressemblait aux photos et il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette, les coussins et la couverture n’avaient pas l’air d’avoir été lavés. Ils n’ont pu me proposer une solution convenable, alors avec le gérant on s’est mis d’accord pour que j’annule ma réservation afin d’aller ailleurs, une fois que j’ai annulé il m’annonce que ce n’est pas remboursable. Endroit à fuir ! Ce sont des gens malhonnêtes qui en plus mentent sur les logements qu’ils proposent.

Entrance: shock at night, not safe.
No parking.
Loss and found: I forgot a charger and I asked once, she said will check and second time, seen and no reply my message.
At night the water cut off, I called to the hot line and the holder pressed off and no feedback.
In overall, very bad experience and regretted to stay there.

No laundry, false advertising, no WiFi on floors 2-7, mould covering every room, blood/bodily fluids on supposedly fresh bed linen, leaking toilets, AC no where near the bed so it’s boiling to sleep in, walls crumbling to pieces, dirt and mould all over the floors, desks, sinks, shower, picture frames, AC unit - the WORST hotel stay of my entire life

location was the only good thing!
when we arrived in our room, the aircon was completely taken off the wall. i went and spoke to reception who told me someone was coming to look at it the next day (too late for us as we were only staying a night!). our room was completely boiling and so we asked if there was anything they could do, ie swap our room, though they said there was nothing they would do for us. we tried to sleep through it, though we were nearly dying of heat and so went back to ask to swap again! once again they denied us (about 10pm) and so we asked for our money back so we could go to an alternative hotel. they denied us this refund saying that it was ‘too late’? despite telling them we were paying for a room with air con, and not being given air con, they wouldn’t give us any of our money back. whilst we were leaving, an elderly man was also in reception complaining of the same thing- he was boiling and his room was uncomfortable, and they would not give him anything to sort it, nor a refund so he could go elsewhere. he had also paid for a room with 2 beds, and only been given room with 1. he was asking what they could do about this, as he needed a second bed, and they said that his room was double booked and they would not give him a refund, or swap his room over. he was very distressed as they had clearly taken his money (and someone else’s) and given him a cheaper room that he did not pay for, though they didn’t seem to care and said there was nothing they could or would do about it. terrible customer service, they knew our air cons were broken but were still happy to rent out a room in 36 degrees knowing if we wanted to leave, they would not refund us. would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
