Atendimento, limpeza e conforto.
Avaliando como turista, a localização não é excelente. É boa. Para se chegar ao Centro Histórico, que fica a uns 10 km, é necessário automóvel. Para negócios, a localização me pareceu ótima. A região é comercial.
O apartamento confortável
Travesseiros e colchões muito mole. Mas não comprometeu a estada. Foi tudo muito bom. E a piscina aquecida estava um pouco fria .
Localização e estrutura de academia e piscinas (apesar de não ter usado a piscina, ela é bem ampla).
Quarto espaço e sempre bem limpo. Equipe muito educada.
Cama desconfortável, café da manhã bem mais ou menos, todos os dias são as mesmas opções e sem tanta opção saudável.
No geral, achei caro pelo o que oferece.

The location of this hotel is pretty good and within easy walking distance of the largest shopping mall in Salvador which offer lots of food options, however, the major tourist attractions in the historical center of the city will require a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The hotel staff was exceptional and spoke pretty good English. The building is beginning to show its age, but it is pretty well maintained. My king room was average size for this class, and had an impressively large work desk. There was no coffee machine in the room, but an electric kettle was promptly delivered to my room upon request. The room was quiet and cool, and the bed was comfortable, however, the (very) small half-circle shower with no bathtub will be tight for may people, The breakfast buffet was average for this class of hotel, and would have ranked lower had it not been for am omelette bar. The pool is spacious, and while the gym is quite small with outdated equipment, it is well maintained. The deal breaker at this hotel is horrible WiFi. This is evident by business travelers roaming the hotel common areas while seeking out a strong WiFi signal (the swimming pool and hotel lobby are the only two I found). Bad WiFi is simply inexcusable as functioning WiFi is a necessity for business travelers and expected by vacationers. This hotel would certainly deserve a higher rating if the WiFi was acceptable.
