Pros:

Me he alojado con mi hermana en este hotel, en la zona Red Level y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa.
El personal es muy amable y atento y te hace sentir como en casa.
La gran variedad de restaurantes en los que puedes reservar y disfrutar de una comida exquisita.
El buffet es muy variado, tienen diferentes bebidas, dulces, etc. y el lugar es maravilloso. Hay mesitas al lado del lago y comer ahí es un lujo.
Las instalaciones son estupendas, la habitación con la bañera de hidromasaje espectacular, la comodidad de la cama…todo!!!
La verdad que estos 4 días se han pasado volando. Repetiremos sin duda!!!!
Se ha convertido en nuestro hotel favorito!!
Por último quiero agradecer a todo el equipo la atención tan exquisita que tuvieron en todo momento y hacer una mención especial a Salvador.
Director del equipo que se ha preocupado de que estemos a gusto y a parte de gran profesional es una gran persona…

Cons:

Drink selection changed mid stay. We were told we could get any drink we wanted and 2 days in that changed. Don’t lie to people just to get our money. Supposed to have a 24 hour gym only to find on our last day I get up at 5 am to get in a workout and the gym is closed!

We will not be back!

It was a nice break but not a good value for money.
Pros:

The large pool

Cons:

The red level is a scam, literally, except for breakfast, you don't have any exclusivity for adults. Restaurants are very average, too.

Heerlijke verwenweek in de zon
Pros:

De tuin was prachtig! Hotel ligt aan de zee met wandelpad tussen de tuinen en de zee .
Mooie kamer met jacuzzi en uitzicht op zee

Cons:

De diners in de verschillende restaurants werden wel erg verstoord door gillende babies en huilende peuters.
Misschien een ‘grote mensen ‘ tijd instellen?
