I will not never ever book this hotel nor recommend it to anyone

The staff were very bad with us, never helped us even once, the room was very dirty as we have Allergy and etchings everywhere on our body and we requested to check out and give us some of the money back they refused and offered-to change the room only but also the other room were very dirty with bugs everywhere even the front of the hotel no proper entrance with construction and long stairs with no help with our lagged

We booked the accommodation and informed you in advance, both by phone and through Booking.com, that our flight from Hanoi to Da Nang would arrive in the evening and that we would therefore require a late check-in.

Despite this prior notice, you cancelled our reservation without any prior communication or consultation. As a result, we were left without accommodation on the day of our arrival and had to urgently book another place to stay.

We are very disappointed with the way our booking was handled, especially since we had informed you well in advance about our late arrival and did not receive any response indicating that this would be a problem. Your cancellation caused us significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and additional expenses.
