A great location at a great price
Pros:

The staffs are welcoming and helpful.
Location is exceptional.
Room is clean, although a bit old.
Large windows, great view.

Cons:

The hotel allow smoking in the corridor, near the elevator. I don't like it.

I had a small small incident, the AC system broke down. I don't blame the hotel. They came up with a portable AC fan. But it was noisy and I couldn't sleep that night. They gave me a new room at 11 am the next day, to be fair, it was my last day so I didn't want to switch room anyway.

Gute Lage, grosse Zimmer.

Cons:

Schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Wasser zum Duschen,lauwarm.
Frühstück, man kann ein Getränk und ein Essen aus einer kleinen Bistrokarte wählen.
Der SPA Bereich im Hotel, eigentlich nur ein teurer Versuch langweiliges VIP zu verkaufen.
Von Massage keine Rede.

Friendly dining staff, but the shower/toilet arrangement and the night manager experience need improvement.
Pros:

The girls working in the dining area were great, very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thank you to them for their kindness and good service.

Cons:

The shower situation is quite strange. When someone is taking a shower, nobody else can use the toilets. There are two toilets and two urinals, but they become unavailable while the shower is being used. You could almost say that there is no proper shower facility.

The night manager on August 15 behaved strangely. He initially told me that there was no booking, even though I showed him my reservation in the Booking.com app. Later he seemed to understand the situation. He also appeared to have been drinking, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
